I started using Email Signature Rescue for personal use and liked it so much that I signed up my entire team at my company. This allowed me to standardize our brand as each of my employees was using something a little different in their email signatures (some of those were good and others needed some work). By standardizing we presented a more professional appearance to our customers. We also incorporate a website in the signature which directs to a landing page that we can track through Google Analytics. We get a substantial amount of traffic to our landing site from this.
I strongly encourage downloading the plug-in. That allows you make changes and then it seamlessly updates on your email. Highly recommend this service and well worth the money.
