Received 2 products promptly after order. I thought one item was sent with an incorrect part and EMA helped by discussing with the manufacturer to get the correct coloured part. Received correct part and I was happy. Only after this, I realised that the part was incorrect in the second item. Again no concerns and easily sorted by EMA. Good customer service

Great Customer Service
I had no luck getting a replacement LED tube for a ceiling light at the usual DIY outlets so I emailed the manufacturers, Endonlighting.
Within minutes, Georgina in Endon's customer services reassured me that tubes were available as spares and she provided the part number for order via retail. The ladies at my local stockist, emalighting, stepped up and ordered me replacement tubes which arrived within a couple of days.

I recently purchased some Laura Ashley lights at EMA Lighting Neath, and received excellent service. Both Linda and Lisa were knowledgeable, helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. My lights arrived in perfect condition and there was excellent communication at all times. I do not hesitate to recommend this store.

Excellent customer care and beautiful lighting too
Extremely pleased with my Laura Ashley, Prague 3 light bathroom. It looks lovely in my new wetroom. It was just want I wanted to complete the look. The light is really bright too. Customer service received was great and very helpful. Julie, Newport South Wales
