Prompt, considerate, and truly helpful assistance
I struggled with downloading a ZIP file intended for a Windows computer and only had the PDF files. I use a Macintosh and an iPad. I was directed by links to very clear instructions to download and install both a VirtualBox followed by an OVA file that was the manual I purchased. While it took a few minutes to do, it all worked! And I now have the live manual application AND the useful PDF files for my portable iPad. (The *only* suggestion I would offer emanualonline is to add a brief message up front to explain compatibility so customers have a better clue up front as to what they will receive.) Overall, I am delighted both with the product and with the very attentive customer care.

GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I recently purchased my first eManual. I did not realize when I ordered it that I was going to have to download a program to view it. I am not a computer wiz and I was able to figure it out with no problems. The program is a free download. After I was able to view the manual I discovered that the vehicle I purchased it for was not included in it. I figured I was going to eat the money I paid. I contacted Customer Support and within a day after giving them more info on my vehicle they sent me an updated version. It is exactly what I was looking for and more, a lot more. I will definitely be getting a few more manuals from these guys. Great product, Excellent support.

Mislabeling and non-refund policy!
Emanuals had completely mislabeled a document I purchased, and it absolutely did not contain all the things they said it would. Although customer service tried to help me out by setting me up with a correct manual instead, they still failed to do so, and then completely denied me any sort of refund. Absolutely unacceptable! Will definitely never purchase anything here ever again!
