They make your life difficult by not releasing the funds when you request them. I am still in the process of getting my son's money back. ive sent the enrollment letter 10 times and they keep saying they need it again. Horrible. Big regret signing up with them

Complete & utter incompetence

Complete & utter incompetence.
Please avoid this company at all costs.

I am not able to review my daughter’s annual statement because we now live outside Canada. Ridiculous. Have you never dealt with customers moving from Canada.
And the customer service. Complete embarrassment. You really need to start from scratch.

Erika Quiroz did a fantastic job in…

Erika Quiroz did a fantastic job in making sure, I understand the plan and it the best one that suits to my preferences. Moreover, she make sure I got all the bonuses. I reschedule the meetings a couple of times but she always greet me with a big and warm smile. Overall, my experience with her was great. Would definitely recommend her and embark plans to my friends and family. Again thank you Erika for helping me out.

Great guy

Brahim Titafi was a great, casual, and he match my vibe that I’m only 18 and I’m not that much of an adult, but still felt treated like one which was nice. Thanks for helping me out

When removing money for my son’s…

When removing money for my son’s college tuition,I had to have a letter proving my son was at school. I couldn’t get this letter without paying his tuition first,how is one supposed to pay tuition without money. I think after many years of paying into this they need to come up with a different idea as not everyone is able to get 5/6 grand to pull it out. That’s why we save money for our kids so they don’t have to worry about it!

Hello Mina, Your feedback is very important to us and will be forwarded for consideration to the appropriate departments. Our RESP follows the regulation stipulated by the government which state that we do require proof of enrollment in order to release funds for post secondary reasons. Without the letter confirming enrollment, a customer is able to take out their funds, but a portion of the grants must be returned to the government. Things can always change in the future, but for now we have to adhere by the government guidelines.

Embark is a scam finance company

Embark is a scam finance company. We asked them to transfer our daughter's RRSP since early 2024 to another bank and its now June 2025 still no transfer has been made. They have given us every runaround lie and excuse just to mask their scam. To anyone thinking or expecting that Embark is a legit financial company, better run away with your money. Embark is a pyramiding scheme company. Every phone call and email sent to their customer service were bad, bad experiences. They were trained to lie to their customers/.

Great first experience thanks to Brahim
Just got started with Embark today, and I have to say — Brahim made the process way easier than I expected. Super friendly, clear, and genuinely cared about helping us set up the right plan for our education savings goals.

While I’m still new to the platform and can’t speak to the long-term experience just yet, the onboarding was smooth, and Brahim made what felt like a big, adult financial task feel totally manageable. Looking forward to seeing how this journey unfolds!

Pathetic experience with this…

Pathetic experience with this organization. The activation process is a mess. Multiple times. Information correctly entered; documents uploaded as asked and the last screen simply says-Ran into an Error? No idea what the error is.
The customer support is very bad. It feels like money stuck.

Worst expérience

I have been a client for over 13 years and First time calling them for help due to an issue and it was the worst expérience ever. No empathy, did not bother helping me. I am very disappointed and I am currently transferring all my money to a firm that will take better care of me when having issues.
