I am not very fascinated by your services so stopping providing them to be is not the end of the world BUT if you end your services based on policies , regulations and bla bla bla YOU have to refund the card fees OTHERWISE this remains FRAUD
This platform has a partnership with other entities under the name of TTM Bank (To The Moon Bank) to offer a crypto currency prepaid Visa card. Namely, Walletto UAB (Vilnius) - btc2wire OÜ - Embily (TM). This card is issued for 100 Euros for the validity of the card. All of a sudden an email was sent requiring further details for their new AML policy. They asked for a huge amount of information and cancelled my card and account. I don't care about their policy BUT I need my 100 Euros back. This is a clear fraud. You can not charge a 100 Euros for a service and when you cancel it after a short while due to a change in your policy, you refuse to pay them back. BE AWARE EVERYONE this is FRAUD.

Also, I would like to note that the return policy is prescribed in our terms and conditions, and the period stated there is the maximum possible return period. In practice, the refund is faster; the maximum period is indicated for force majeure situations.

Until they asked for kyc that went above necessary measures so I close the account
That would have cost 25 Euros but the money has never left that account and 4 months later I'm still waiting for about 3,000 euro

- Apple Pay
- Multiple cryptocurrencies
Negative:
- Crypto deposit not automatic. They do ‘liquidity replenishment during business week’ and essentially you can’t use your deposit until that is done. So for any short term deposits it’s useless
- Don’t store crypto for you. So essentially the minute you deposit and the team does their manual replenishment, it’s converted to cash and then stays on your card in cash.
Update as of July 2023, this is nothing temporary. Each time I deposit, nothing happens unless you contact the customer suppor tteam and send them the tx id. Then a few days later the money is in your account.
