Lollll where do I even start

Lollll where do I even start. Basically in short… DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Their communication is awful. I had to firstly raise a PayPal dispute with them as they refused to issue me a refund. Once they agreed, I sent back my parcel tracked and signed and can see they have received it weeks ago. I now have no item and no refund. They are not responding to any of my emails so I have now had to go to citizens advice. I’m so angry. Please don’t shop here, this company is a SCAM, please save your money and time.

I returned an item worth £100

I returned an item worth £100, Kept sending emails to the company. They lied and said they’ve processed me a refund when they clearly haven’t. I had to raise a dispute with my Bank. This company is a scam, do not return your items, you will not get your money back ! Lol

Glazia - dress of dreams!!!

I bought the glazia dress in pink for a date night in Manchester and I loved it!!! I was worried as I left it last minute but the dress came the next day - the shipping was so quick!! The quality was amazing and it suited my body (curvy) so well! I can’t wait to shop again. Thank you!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My jumpsuit arrived with a big hole in it and I returned the item by tracked delivery in August... it's now November (3 months later) and they STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME. They've ignored all of my emails and IG DMs. And then they delete the comments that I leave on IG posts prompting them for a reply. They describe their goods as ethically made... where are their ethics and morals when they are robbing customers of their money??? SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Awful- scam you with returns

Sent my items for a return (£100) worth. Tracked postage showed it was delivered on 20th august. Been nearly 2 months and have not been refunded. They haven't responded to any of my emails even though prior to the return they did - I've sent about 25 emails and had no response

Shocking customer service - AVOID

Shocking customer service - returned an item to them which they signed for on the 14/8 and despite several emails chasing my refund I have still not received anything back nor have they bothered to acknowledge me..

How on earth can they expect to run a business like this - I certainly won’t be ordering anything from them again and would certainly not recommend them.

Terrible customer service

I wish I had a better experience as I am an advocate for small brands but unfortunately I would not recommend this brand to my worst enemy. I had ordered a dress from Embi but when I received the package it was a completely different item. I had emailed them straight away and they did not respond. I messaged them on Instagram as I could see they were active and only by leaving comments on their post did they reply. By this time I had already repurchased the correct item so I had advised them I would like reimbursement of the delivery cost and the agreed. So far not terrible service. The correct dress came but it was too big. I emailed embi to return both the correct and incorrect dress and they responded back with instructions. I used Royal Mail 1st Class signed for to make the return and the next day I checked this to see Embi had missed the delivery and the dresses went to Royal Mail depot. Once I emailed Embi to advise them of this from then onwards they’re communication with my completely came to a halt. I had to email them 3 times over a 3 week period before they confirmed they had received the dresses, they had advised a refund will be issued within 10-14 working days. I waited 1 month and I didn’t receive a refund. I emailed them again another 3 times over a 4 week period and i still did not receive my money. I threatened with Consumer Rights and I commented all over their Instagram as I did not receive my £200 refund that I ordered and returned in June and it was now August. They finally responded and only refunded me for 1 item. I emailed them back again to notify them of this and finally after 10 days they refunded the second item. All in all it took me 2 months to be done with this company. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, they only care about influencers which is quite sad. I would not recommend. The only way you will ever get your money back is by commenting negatively on their social media which they will delete straight away to protect their brand.

I bought the kinko set from embi…

I bought the kinko set from embi studios my second time buying I did think it was a bit pricey initially but the fit is amazing and when i received it, it was defo worth the price!! I also ordered the thursday and it came friday. Would defo recommend them xx

Excellent customer service from this…

Excellent customer service from this brand, communication from their customer care team was amazing as well as their delivery time. Product looked exactly as it was displayed via their website and great quality. I will definitely be ordering from embi again and would also recommend and encourage others to do so also.

awful money-stealers

awful company. I ordered a set it and it was definitely not worth the price so returned it and heard nothing, kept contacting them and they ignored my emails. Luckily I paid through paypal and got my money back from paypal after raising a case and embi ignored their emails too.

Absolute horrible experience with this brand.
Bought a set, looked cheap and poorly fitted, returned it and didn’t get any confirmation of return or my refund. Emailed them continuously, the owner herself kept responding but no effort in processing my refund. Luckily I payed through PayPal, put through a dispute and was refunded. Completely rubbish company

I’ve purchased a jumpsuit from this Embi studios “brand” that was such poor quality and so different from the pictures, so i’ve asked to return it immediately. Sent it back quickly, with tracked and signed delivery. They didn’t contact me for about 1 month after receipt to confirm the refund, and for some reason, their email box is not accepting emails anymore lol. Luckily i paid with PayPal and they chased them for me, but having not received any answer from them either, PayPal decided to refund me on their behalf. So please avoid this shop at all costs. I’m sure they are so poor and make no sales with their trash clothes, that’s why they feel the need to steal people’s money. It didn’t work this time, fraudsters!

I was so happy that they rebranded and…

I was so happy that they rebranded and was looking to be apart of their new journey to support

The delivery is fast so was happy about that!

However upon receiving my order wasn’t impressed with the experience as it’s quite a pricey item so being wrapped in a plastic wrapper that fast fashion brand uses kinda doesn’t live up to the price.

My item didn’t fit well so sent an email to return as it wasn’t up to the standard I expected for the price no response and comment deleted on insta when asking for help on how to get a refund

Money should not be the main driver but customer satisfaction, a refund isn’t a bad thing so don’t understand why they fight against it
