Ordered well over a year ago and never received the items. Requested a refund and it’s been a series of back and forth and I feel like I’m being dodged to refund my purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs

13 months and still no shirt

13 months and still no shirt. They have stopped responding to any contact. I feel ashamed and disgusted a company this awful would you “veteran owned” as a ploy to get vets and soldiers to purchase their clothing. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Terrible service

I don't know why anyone would do business with this company. It has been 11 months and I still do not have my shirts. I have contacted them 3 times. I gave them slack the first 2 times because of covid but I was told the last time, 2 months ago, that my shirt was being made and I would have it in 2 weeks. I'm just hoping I get my money back.

Take your business somewhere else

Got to a new unit November of 2021 and the entire Battalion was ordering shirts and sweatshirts from this company. I ordered shirts and sweatshirts for my family and myself. Nobody from my new Battalion has received anything they ordered. I have gotten the same email response each time I have reached out to this company. I have been told my order is on the production line, it will be a couple more weeks, it is about to ship. Don't order anything from this company.

Nothing delivered after 12+ months.

Been over a year now since I placed my order. Just ordered some pre existing Unit hoodie and shirt designs. Requested a refund back in Dec 21 and sent them a payment method and nothing. Going to have to dispute through my credit card at this point. Horrible experience.

9 MONTHS & STILL NO PRODUCT

I really don't want to give Emblem even 1 star, but had to in order to write the review. My son is a flying enthusiast and ordered a t-shirt for a specific squadron coming to the area. He ordered months in advance in 2021 (July to be exact). To this day (today is Apr 12, 2022), we still have not received the shirt and the squadron has come & gone a few times. In the 9 MONTHS since our order, I have emailed at least 5 times asking for a status update because they do not keep their customers updated automatically. Every time I have asked for a status update, I received a "form" response with the exact same verbiage. I asked for a refund today...let's see if I get said refund or another "form" response.

Im on my 22nd year of service in the…

Im on my 22nd year of service in the Army. Over the years I have had to enlist civilian companies to get work done. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS A COMPANY LIKE THIS! If there was any way to give the negative stars I would. Its been 4 months and a new year and I haven't received my order. They give the same cookie cut excuses to everyone.

Waiting for months, no response.

I have been waiting for months on
ORDER NO. #46906 FOR A SINGLE HOODIE, AND WOULD LOVE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE BACK. I have literally called and left voice mails with no response and when messaging the address on the website I now receive an address not found response in my inbox. Would love an explanation, my hoodie or my refund as this is completely unacceptable.

EA was an overall good experience!

***EDITED TO ADD: After getting in touch with Christy, I got my two missing items reproduced, shipped to my house, and in my possession!***

Emblem Athletic was an overall good experience from start to finish! A star knocked off because it was difficult to reach customer service once my order was placed.

I worked with Brent on the design team who was EXTREMELY quick on getting my designs and idea onto a product. Worked with him mid-October, and got a HUGE order in from my PLT right around Halloween time. About $2700 worth of gear.

I was expecting delays (6-8 weeks as per the email), so when I hadn’t heard anything back by beginning of January, I started reaching out. I, like most people here, was worried I was conned, and I got anxious that I threw all of my PLT’s money away. But around the first week of February (after multiple attempts at contacting the Emblem Athletic team but only reaching their GOAT, automated response) I finally got tracking numbers! (But I still definitely hadn’t made contact with an actual human since Brent when we designed the gear)

Gear is great quality, and very comfy. Has withstood very aggressive washing and rolling around the dirt. My guys all love it. Just recently emailed because I was missing a couple of items once everything was distributed, so hopefully I hear back.

Honestly, I’d give them 5 stars if they were more transparent on shipping times, and responded to my inquiries even at all. (And if I had all my items I ordered!)

I’d still recommend them, but just be conscious of wait time… but I mean, I’ve waited 6 months before for gear ordered at the BN/BDE level so 3 months didn’t seem so bad in retrospect. 😬

Research this company before ordering from them

My organization ordered unit shirt from Emblem Athletic on/around 1 April 2021. Emblem Athletic claimed to be a veteran owned and ran organization with a superior product. Initially this looked like the perfect place to order our unit shirts from. I cannot speak for everyone but I ordered over $150 worth of shirts from them on 1 April and received an email confirmation stating I should receive my products within 6-8 weeks, and that this length of time was to ensure I only received the best products.

Fast forward to 13 June 2021, I emailed them asking for a status of my order. They replied on 15 June 2021 thanking me for my patience and stated due to fabric shortages as a result of covid things had slowed down but stated that they were finalizing things with a new vendor and my order should ship soon. This was from Sarah, she seemed polite and courteous.

Fast forward again to 29 July 2021, I emailed again asking of the status of my order and asked for my order to be canceled. Hannah, from Emblem Athletic replied to me on 30 July 2021 and stated they would offer a partial refund but they still wanted to ship me my order. After this conversation I declined the refund and just asked for them to provide me updates as they get them, that customers should have some expectation management of when their products would arrive and why they had been delayed. Hannah replied and stated my order should ship out near the end of August. Hannah was very polite and courteous.

Fast forward to September 14, I emailed again asking for an order status. Reply from Hannah states now it will be closer to mid October. But she assures me that production is rolling now with new merchandise.

Fast forward to November 2nd, I follow up again. Hannah informs me they just finalized a deal with a new vendor, states I am going to love the new gear, the fabric is amazing! I was told my order would ship in three weeks.

Fast forward to December 31st, I follow up again. I once again mention they should give shipment updates and mentioned most of the personnel who placed orders from them were no longer even in the organization. This time Mike Nemeth, the owner and founder of Emblem Athletic emails me back with pages of excuses and completely ignores my questions about my order. He states how he established this business out of his garage, how he is a veteran and mentions that business is operate primarily by veterans. He goes on to mention a plethora of excuses and gives me no real information.

It took me some time to reply to him, but I did reply and told him to cancel my order and not to worry about refunding me. I wished him luck with his company and informed him he let down a lot of Soldiers and told him the fact the continued to take orders when he could not complete orders from almost a year before was frustrating and a bad business practice.

I haven't received a reply from Mike, but I took it upon myself to research him. I implore anyone thinking they want to order from Emblem Athletic to research the company and Mike Nemeth before placing an order. This company is no different than the used car dealers outside the gate of your base that uses veteran status to rip off your Soldiers.

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam! Stay away from them. Placed an order 2 yrs ago and still waiting! Can’t get ahold of anyone all you receive is an automated message and absolutely no reply. Waiting on the BBB to investigate my case, I suggest everyone who’s been scammed by them do the same and file a report.

I placed an order on 11/27 and it was…

*Update, received order. Quality was 10/10, but time, logistics and customer service still leave a lot to be desired. Delivered 2/27.

I placed an order on 11/27 and it was confirmed. I was e-mailed that the order would be fulfilled in 4-6 weeks. On January 4th I asked for an update and was given a generic sorry we are working the backlog of orders. On January 22nd I asked for an order shipping confirmation or to please cancel and refund my order. As on today (1/29) I have not heard back and my credit card has not been refunded. Disappointed I was looking forwarded to getting deployment memorial shirts and items.

3 strikes

3 strikes. Tried this company 3 times. The 1st time they sent our orders to the wrong addresses, the 2nd time they neglected to tell us an item we ordered they couldn't get and 6 months later got a refund and this last time they just completely disappeared. Won't reply to emails or phone calls. Finally got a refund through PayPal. Stay away.

PATHETIC

Placed an order in March 2021 for two t-shirts and a hoody. We’re now 10 months into this and I have received nothing. They didn’t waste time making sure they collected my payment though. Every time I wanted an update I had to reach out to THEM. And even then they couldn’t tell me anything. I’ve called and left voicemails, none of which have been returned. This is pathetic and a failure by them on all counts. I see they have no issue responding to reviews on here to try defending themselves. Why don’t y’all focus that energy on people’s orders or return a phone call? I left you a voicemail a month ago and another one last week and we still can’t return that call?
