I initially had to wait and then remind them to send my files due to some technical error which was fine but to then have to chase them the next day for the file wasn’t good. When I did get them I tested the pattern and returned it for tweaking due to the outline not matching up to the outline of the design. There was also too much neatening up to do with run stitches. They were very quick to email and resolve the problem but it still wasn’t 100% so I returned it again and have chased many times with no response. This isn’t what I expect for the price I paid.

The site had machine embroidery designs I had not found on other sites. It is different in that the designs I purchased were not available for immediate download. It takes two to three days for download. I have to communicate with the supplier through personal email. The supplier submits the designs through personal email as zipped attachments. It has been an adjustment, but I have to keep checking my email for my orders. I will continue to use it due to the quality of the designs I ordered, which were a bit pricey, but they were what I wanted, and the quality was excellent. The supplier responds pleasantly to questions and concerns and provides tips to maximize the quality of the designs. I like the discount provided if I order a certain number of designs. The search options are efficient, but you need to be sure to search with different terms to make sure you get all available designs. For example, if you search for a Disney movie, designs would come up different from if you searched for a specific Disney character in a movie. The payment engine, Indian digitizer, was interesting and resulted in my credit card provider contacting me to verify payment. Site has a wealth of designs!

The designs are beautiful and stitch out well.

Think your designs are great. When I stitch out the designs they also are great. My only problem is there are some designs with many jump stitches that that quite a while to remove. If there was a way to get less jump stitches, I would be a happy man.
