Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I have had an absolutely horrendous experience with Embroker. I purchased a policy from them, which I never even used, and yet every interaction with their customer service was a complete nightmare.
From the start, getting any response from them was like pulling teeth. Every time I had a simple question about my policy, it took them days to reply—but only after I had to resend the same email multiple times.
However, the worst part came when I decided to cancel my policy. It took me two weeks and emails to at least three different people just to get them to process the cancellation. Then, they assured me that the refund would take a maximum of 90 days. Well, here I am, far past that deadline, after sending dozens of emails, and I still haven’t received my refund.
It is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. Embroker’s slogan is "Radically Simple Insurance", which is honestly a cruel joke considering the extreme effort it takes just to get them to do the most basic tasks.
If you value your time, your sanity, and your money, stay far away from Embroker.
