I love the sweatshirt and what was done…I dislike the fact I paid for both sleeves and only received the left sleeve. Before it was embroidered they sent me the three pictures to confirm my design which was great but did not deliver in the product.

Everything is super clean and readable! All the stitching is super solid and the inside of the sweatshirt is incredibly comfy and soft, while also not being too bulky, love it!

My order turned out perfect! They were quick and responsive! I got a text with my picture to confirm, i was able to have them edit it and got a new confirmation picture to confirm it was how i wanted it. I wasnt sure if my order had shipped and i texted and got a response within minutes letting me know my order was delivered that day and it was in my mailbox.

Megan was wonderful to work with. I needed a couple adjustments for the photo I chose and she was creative in making the print look just as I wanted! My order was completed promptly and looked amazing. I will continue to use the company for future orders!

I mistakenly gave this company a one star review previously!!! I wanted to CORRECT this RATING ASAP!! Iordered a sweatshirt for my grandson’s girlfriend with a picture of her cat on it. She absolutely loved it!! Not only was the craftsmanship done wonderfully but their staff kept me updated through the entire process. My order was on time and and I couldn’t be happier! The staff were friendly, yet professional! They will certainly have my business many times over!!!

LOVED our daddy sweater. It was the perfect Father’s Day gift. I’m ordering a mommy one soon!

EDIT 2: i was contacted by the company who very kindly offered to send me replacement hoodies for the mistake and this time everything was perfect. i’m gonna keep my original edit to be completely transparent, but i would still order from this company again and that’s really saying something. the hoodies are amazing quality and the team is really kind and helpful. i only have the green hoodie so far (ill probably be ordering the brown one sometime in the near future) but it’s true to the color you see on their page and im glad to have ordered from here rather than some of the sketchy looking posts i saw on etsy. i really do recommend this company and their custom products. my original edit to this review may be daunting, yes, but (speaking as a business owner myself) mistakes happen and the company was kind enough to help me fix the problem when they could have just said “oh well that sucks” and left it as is. i'm glad to have purchased from a company that cares so much about their customers experience with them and if you’re looking for custom products, i highly highly recommend you go with this company too.
i wanna add too that even though they sent me a replacement, they didn’t ask me to change my review. im editing my review by my own will because i want other people to know that this is still a really great company to go with for custom products.
EDIT: i was looking at my boyfriends hoodie and realized the date is wrong 😭 i see in the confirmation text they sent me the date that’s on my hoodies but i’m not sure what happened because i know i typed the date in roman numerals for them on my order which was supposed to be VIII • XIII • MMXXI (August 13, 2021), somehow the hoodies ended up with IX• XII • MMXXI (September 12, 2021).

I was worried the hoodies would be too thin but I took a chance based off the reviews and bought 2 customized dark green hoodies and I can confirm the site is legit.
