If you’re wondering wether or not this place is a scam it’s NOT I ordered the Spider-Man embroidered sweatshirt with some customisation and they did a wonderful time contacting me and reaching out with the rough drafts before finishing the process. It was a lengthy process so I would say you have to be patient but it’s definitely worth it in my book.

For my boyfriend’s anniversary present, I ordered a sweatshirt embroidered with our recently deceased dog’s face on it. It turned out amazing and we both love it! The entire process was very quick and the customer service was top-notch.

I ordered a personalized hoodie with my dogs name and a picture. They were prompt + even asked me if it was correct-the picture, color choice, and address. It was such a wonderful experience that I told my friends and family about it since they all have pets and the options besides a hoodie to personalize too!

When I submitted my design they got back to me quickly with a proof. I didn't need any changes so they assured me they would get right to work on my embroidery. When it was finished they sent a picture to check for my approval. It looked fabulous! Then I received my sweatshirt in the mail and was very pleased! This is a great company to do business with.
