Great customer service to resolve any issues
Originally no matter what I did the file provided I was not able to stitch out on my home or commercial machine. The digitizer reached out and after the send revision they got it right! Finally able to stitch out and it looks great.

The PES file is formatted explicitly for embroidery machines and cannot be viewed on a mobile device or computer without specialized software.
