When my light bar stopped working
When my light bar stopped working, the company immediately responded to troubleshoot the problem and replaced it with free shipping when they determined it was beyond repair. This is an expensive piece of equipment but was well worth the investment especially given the customer service.

This is one of the best companies to purchase EMDR stuff from! There was an issue with customs and they took care of it immediately. I informed them what fedex had sent me and their response was fast.

Excellent service, but pulsators do not always work
Excellent service with good communication and quick postage. The equipment is very well made with quality materials. So far based on a few sessions, the wireless lightbar functions properly each time but the wireless pulsators/buzzers work intermittently which disrupts sessions when they fail to respond.
