Used in 2021 and 2022 for covid19 tests while traveling to Italy, Greece, and back to the USA. The wait time was less than 10 minutes every time. The contact and monitor process was very pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend for live monitor of test results, just remember to purchase and receive tests before you leave the USA.

Helpful video
We used it Sept 2022 for a cruise from AK to Vancouver. The instructional video they provided was very helpful. When we did our video call to get tested it was as easy as the video showed. Our results were received via email within seconds to show our proof at the cruise.

Got the adapter which unfortunately did not include the connection to the hose. Tried to order that part online and instead of calling me to get my credit card number, they asked me to call them to order it, though I had ordered the adapter online.

Monitored Covid Testing
Testing itself was very good. Ordered early enough did not need expensive shipping method. Also, should do entire family with one call and login. Would use this method again, but would like to see cost reduction through efficiency and shift options.
