Great product, Sevice and arrived in a timely manner!

Ethan helped me every step along the way. returned my emails right away every time! no waiting for days for answers like other places i inquired.Ethan answered my questions and helped me get my graphics just right. My soap boxes are a way better quality than i was expecting. They were on my doorstep in less time than was quoted just for printing. If you need a reliable and talented company for your packages, I would recommend Emenac Packaging! They seemed to good to be true but they are really good! I'm 100% satisfied with my experience ordering the boxes for my dog treat company Comida Paws LLC. Since the beginning to the end they were very professional and went above and beyond in order for me to have the best customer service experience. Michelle is a hard worker and she is on point; she was prompt to answer my emails right away and helped me with everything throughout the process of getting the boxes done in the way I envisioned it. It seems that she was working exclusively with me despite other customers because she was very fast on her feedback. Also the design team worked with me in every single detail and the final result was absolutely stunning! All my customers make great comments about my package and I'm so happy with the quality and the fast shipping. I can't wait to order from them again. Thanks Emenac!

Very professional company! They are very patient with their client's interest and take as much time as needed to make sure they perfect your work. Natasha was our sales Rep and she is absolutely stunning! her patience is amazing... She spell- checked every last one of our soap boxes and corrected everything and she did it out of love and professionalism! If there was a such thing as "20" stars, this company would have gotten that many from us but FB only allows "5" stars :(

Annie was very helpful walking me through the whole process of purchasing custom retail boxes. This was our first custom box purchase and we are thoroughly satisfied.

The finished project turned out nicely, however, there were issues. When I first started with Emenac on this project, I was working with a rep named Steve. After a short while he was replaced with Natasha, who handled the project to completion. Throughout the proof process there were numerous issues requiring the proofs to go back to prepress. Although everything was resolved it took considerable time to finish this project, considering my first conversations with Emenac were at the end of last year, 2016. Natasha tried to handle everything professionally and in a timely manner, it seemed to me like there were things happening out of her control. The last issue was the entire job was printed and it did not match the proofs, so it had to be completely reprinted. So there appears to be some communication issues in house at Emenac. Like I said, the finished product is nice, it just took a long time.
