Order never received on time

Order never received on time, tried to contact via phone which goes straight to answer phone. Never replies to emails or via contact page so used charge back on my credit card.
Item then magically appeared 2 ,months later, even though its no longer required! Unable to contact to say its not required and now stuck with the item.
Awful company to use, needs running out of business!

If I could leave a zero star review I would.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

No replies to contact form x 4 sent.
No replies to 4 emails
No reply to 4 voicemail

We are a charity and ordered 3 lights. No order updates, no comms, no care, no answers via any communication channel.

Utterly awful, will he initiating a bank claim to reclaim the money.

AVOID, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Zero response to mail and a non existent phone number - scam

Paid for a light on 30/10/24. Received order confirmation simultaneously. From this point on nothing but total dissatisfaction: phone number does not work; several emails sent requesting delivery information (as now past the stated delivery timeframe) and no reply received after 4 days. Do NOT buy from these ‘..’ merchants.

Poor communication and unresponsive customer service

Ordered on 11/09/24.

I placed an order with Emergency Lighting Direct over two weeks ago, and since then, I haven't received any updates or communication regarding my purchase. Despite attempting to contact them three times, I've received no response at all. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this company based on my experience.

Awful Company - Slow & Uncommunicative

Ordered some lighting that hadn't arrived, so phoned and emailed with no response. Was just about to launch a credit card claim and the items arrived but to the invoice address NOT the delivery address on the order. Again no response by phone or email.

From personal experiences I do not recommend.
