Their website is horrible and kept looping.
Called up staff twice and on both instances I was assured they'd find me childcare the following day even if my preferences wern't accepted and I was promised a phonecall on both instances and no one called. So I am left with no options. What kind of emergency service is this?
As a provider, this service is hopeless. I’ve been a member for many years and never had a successful booking.
Now I have a parent who is desperate but because the website is not fit for purpose she can’t find me. Customer support have been absolutely useless, giving wrong information and generally being unhelpful.
