Since I entered the job market in Australian healthcare as an IMG, I was quite clueless and confused. Then I asked my seniors who are already working there, only one name kept coming and that was Emergency Focus by Dr. Rizwan.
Since I joined the complete career guidance course by Dr. Simra and her team, I never felt alone and helpless. Really appreciate the effort of Dr simra for providing us with great platform like this. Being an IMG with zero information regarding the Australian healthcare system, Dr simra sorted my profile from scratch ( Sorting documents, making a cover and providing insight regarding selection criteria ). Weekly session are being conducted to keep us updated regarding the ongoing campaigns and jobs, Salient Features of a particular job and particular interview questions for that hospital. She regularly posts about job in the group and particularly emphasize on the interview skills. What I found great about the session is that it taught me the skills of self analysis and self reflection that I would like to take throughout my life.
