I joined the Emergency Focus Career Guidance course when I was invited to my first interview, and at the time, I had no idea how to approach the interview process. That changed when I had the privilege of receiving guidance and mentorship from Dr. Simra.

Although I wasn't successful in my first attempt, Dr. Simra continuously supported and encouraged me, especially by motivating me to keep applying and not lose hope. Her expertise, dedication, and genuine commitment to helping IMGs like myself were instrumental in guiding me through the challenges of the job application process.

With her support, I eventually secured my first RMO position in Australia. Her mentorship has been truly invaluable, and thanks to her, I now feel much more confident and prepared for the next steps in my career.

Accepting an initial consultation before starting to have a contract is absolutely great. Dr Zoya was informed enough about my case and she knows next steps to overcome. She assured that my case will be under dr qureshi s supervision. Than no need to wait for an appointment with dr qureshi as he is very busy and the next available appointment will be 3-4 months later. I am waiting for their report about my case, than I will decide to continue whether or not with them. Overall the initial consultation was productice.

I had been trying to prep for amc on my own for 8 months with no momentum or progress. Then I saw the emergency focus ad on Facebook..I dug up a little and thought ill take my chances. This was the bets decision I had made. All tutors are dedicated in helping you reach your goal and be successful. Everything is thorough and up to date. I would recommend this course to all IMGs planning their journey in Australia.

I enrolled in complete career guidance course in july 2024. I finished MCQ in May 2023. I got numerous rejections and then I decided to get enrolled in this course. The CV, selection criterias and cover letter are on point and according to Australian standars curated by Dr. Simra and team.
During my first session with her, she told me all the strength I have after looking at my CV. After july till December my inbox was only filled with rejection. I even got rejected from Tasmania observership. Stopped applying in January thinking I will focus on clinicals. Applied to 1 job just for time pass cause I was tired after reading. Got short listed, got an interview. I only had one thought that Dr. Simra said you only need one interview. I tried to book my self reflection interview with the team but their schedule was already full. I used the strenghts Dr. Simra mentioned about me, watched videos of Dr. Rizwan and went for an interview and gave my all. And got the offer.
The course is well curated. I couldn't attend weekly sessions but from group chats I know that Dr. Simra tells everyone to actively participate in the session and group. It's an amazing and helping community. She continuously posts jobs, observership updates and sometimes again before deadline so that we don't miss it. She is really passionate and dedicated towards her work. Whenever I messaged her, she replied immediately. I'm really blessed to have a mentor like Dr. Simra and Dr. Rizwan. I haven't talked to Dr. Rizwan, just watched his videos but I'm so deeply inspired by both of them.

Thank you for a great and very helpful learning experience! It was packed with so much knowledge and was incredibly engaging. The tutors were amazing, and personally it felt like Dr. Wajeeha's guidance accompanied me throughout my exam. It was money and time very well spent, and I highly recommend this workshop!

Well, I was partially comparable by RACP in nephrology and had been trying hard to land even an interview for almost 8 months without much success. That is when i decided to take help from emergency focus team hoping their service will help me land a job, which i guess did at the end. I really appreciate the help rendered to me to navigate that difficult process of job hunting.

I took help for documents improvement (CV/Cover letter etc) as per Australian standards and then job hunting and interview preparation.

I will rate each service individually so as to give accurate assessment of each component.

Documents writing service was most effective and professional and for that, I may be willing to give 5 star ratings, as i feel, that was the difference between myself applying individually and not getting shortlisted in comparison to applying with the help of emergency focus team. So, in this regard, that's job well done.

Job hunting process is good but not rigorous enough and needs bit of improvement. To give an idea, just to let everyone know that i got 2 interviews for the jobs which were not promoted by emergency focus team and somehow those jobs got missed but i applied any way as i was actively searching myself as well. Of those 2 interviews, i ended up landing a job. (I applied with the documents modified by emergency focus team) So probably 3 stars for this one.

Lastly, Interview preparation is also a good service personally dealt by Dr Rizwan Qureshi and would definitely benefit someone who may be average in giving interviews. It did help me as well. It deserves 4-star rating.

Taking professional help is always recommended rather than regret at the end. I would still recommend Dr Rizwan Qureshi and team perhaps from the very start of assessment for specialist pathway till getting a job offer.

I received Substantially Comparable outcome from RACP in Respiratory Medicine.
This outcome was literally impossible without Dr Rizwan and his guidance. I started out with a one on one session where he patiently listened to my training and from thereon has been the guiding light in this long process.

I initially joined this program to prepare for an observership interview, and I was truly amazed by the support and guidance I received. Dr. Simra ensured that we approached every question with confidence, which played a huge role in my selection for the observership but because it was interstate and expensive I decided not to go ahead with it.
Six months later, I was shortlisted for ICRP, and once again, Dr. Simra’s mentorship helped me prepare thoroughly for the interview, leading to my successful selection. During the program, I was also shortlisted for a JMO position, and Dr. Simra eased my anxiety along the way. Thanks to God and her support, I am now working as a JMO!
