Friendly, knowledgeable and responsive

Bookstore industry gamechangers!

Can't recommend enough - mission-critical software
Not only does Emersoft's innovative Ingram+Shopify plugin make my entire business at Whitepaper Books possible to begin with - but their entire staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with.
They naturally know their own product inside and out, which is table stakes. They are also extremely helpful with questions about their integration partners and the industry in general, which is invaluable when you're getting started in this field.
I am extremely eager to watch their product evolve. It's already incredible - it creates a novel new business opportunity - but based on what I know about their roadmap I am confident it will continue to improve.
I am taking a big leap creating a bitcoin-only online book store that ships thousands of titles of physical books to Bitcoiners around the country. I feel confident that I'm giving the project the best possible foundation by relying on Emersoft's integration.

I have used Emersoft for many years now and will keep going back to them for support, why? Well I have never come across a business, and a group of people as professional, hard working and determined to satisfy every need of my business. They treat my business like their own.
Back in 2020 they gave me advice and a way of travel that would propel my business forward, stupidly I took a dumbed down version, I was wrong and they were 100% correct. We are now on the same page and hope that future years working with them will bring success.
These guys are just awesome and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
