Zero if I could! Bought two earrings over a month ago. They arrived over 3 weeks later and one was the wrong colour ( I ordered silver and what was sent looked like a rusty pink gold colour). The second pair looked like they were losing the red colour as they seemed to have been cleaned by something (they felt sticky to the touch). Contacted customer service and over 2 weeks have passed and I have heard nothing! Contacted them also on instagram and my message has not been read. Totally unacceptable. Feels like no one works there?

Worst company ever. Annoyingly only site able to sell Mers in the UK so have risked a second order after the first was just awful. No replies, after 2 weeks, no item, just disappointment.
Lovely husband tries to buy me a surprise gift and it just brings heartache and worry.

Do not touch with a barge pole!!! Ordered over a month ago and was not told when ordering that apparently was a made to order item. (Which I doubt for £68!). 2 weeks later I email asking where is my item to be informed it’s being made to order & will be another 2 weeks! Another 2 weeks go by & still no necklace! Emailed them & no reply! It looks like a fancy Knightsbridge boutique but obvs has no substance, class or stock??! Lies & more lies & still no replies, no goods & no necklace!!! Please avoid!!!

I ordered and paid for a necklace 25th June 2021 . Notified it had been shipped never arrived after 3 emails from me said it was an error and that they were waiting for a replacement as my necklace had arrived substandard. Ignored my emails until I opened a dispute with PayPal then said it will arrive in a week . Still waiting and no discount credited to me as promised for these mistakes. Appalling customer service and terrible communication don’t bother
