I ordered a black dress and a black jacket. The dress looks NOTHING like the picture on their website nor does the jacket!!! I paid an exorbitant amount of money because I was led to believe I was buying quality garments. They look like CHEAP NASTY CRAP FROM TEMU!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

SCAMMERS! Although they have 4.7 score from Truspilot on their website. How comes:((

The dress delivered was of very poor quality. The fabric was a cheap polyester. The fit was very small.

I tried to follow their return process but the email address provided was not found.

Do not buy goods from this store

This is the most inferior product I have ever purchased online. I purchased a blazer and it is thinner material than a blouse. I would not recommend this company's products to anyone.

This company is not from Melbourne. It ships from China.
I cancelled my order one hour after I had ordered, after I saw the reviews.
They accepted the cancellation, but 2 weeks later sent a dispatch notice.
I contacted pay pal and they refunded the cost.
The emails continued to come, with one pretending to be PayPal asking me to cancel my dispute, so they could refund me.!
Please do not get caught by this company, it will not end well.

Absolutely awful, I ordered a black dress for my husbands funeral, it arrived 2 weeks after the event, it was pushed into a small bag and the garment was substandard - a tirade of emails asking for photos of the item, the bag… the dress was substandard, awful material and not a nice dress compared to their photo, I wished I’d checked on here before ordering - offered me 15% refund and keep the dress-that is an insult and a joke.
Are we not covered by some law in our country for crappy companies being allowed to get away with this?
No where on the dockets did it say China, it stated nederlands - to me that is Holland… in absolutely furious they should be taken to task over all this crap

Please dont order from this company. i ordered a dress online. The quality of material is awful and looks awful on. Trying to contact the company for a return is Near impossible. I will have to contact my bank to get my money back. Save yourself the bother.

What more can I say about this site, quality of product and the scammers running the customer support.Absolutely appalling. They do not deserve even a 1 star rating.A minus rating would be too good. I too wished I had read these reviews before being beguilded by the dress I hoped I would wear to my daughter's wedding. I have to applaud their marketing team as the products online appear to be genuine. They have offered me 30% discount and to keep the dress. Like many of the reviews I want nothing to do with it. I want a refund and a returns label FOC. I am continuing to be in dispute with them and have reported them to the International trading standards. I am not giving up the fight. I paid by credit card so I am hoping my bank will be able to assist with a refund. So very disgusted by the whole situation.

If only I’d read the reviews! I don’t even rate them with one star. A piece of white rag turned up, purporting to be a blazer. Unlined, creased to hell in a small bag with no returns label, totally not what they were showing on line. Email doesn’t exist when I tried to make contact to return and get money back. DON’T have anything to do with these scammers. £54 up the spout! If I could show photos I would.

I absolutely do not recommend this company to any customer. They have no credibility, no transparency, and no integrity. The fabric quality is a disaster; it's nothing like the picture. When I requested a return, they ignored all my messages. I bought a dress and was eagerly awaiting its arrival for several weeks, as if I were living on another continent. When I asked them for a return code, they ignored me, forcing me to send it back by mail, which cost me £16.40, while the dress itself cost £50. The worst experience with the worst company. Beware! I ordered, what I considered to be a beautiful dress. When the dress arrived, it was not even the same material or colour! A waisted dress, it was a bodice dress that was delivered. To say I was disappointed, I cried! I was prepared to have it remade with my chosen fabric. It did not resemble the photographed dress at all. I feel cheated. Taken advantage of. The most they refund offer has been 20%. No address given to send it back. Which would be at my expense. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. A SCAM! Sydney Australia

Dress quality was appalling and nothing like the online picture. Returns were nearly impossible with many emails offering discounts on future orders. I have now had to post the dress back to the US which cost £30 including customs costs for a £50 dress. Dreadful

THE TROUSERS SUIT I ORDERED CAME FROM CHINA, AND THE TROUSERS WERE SEE-THROUGH, POORING FITTING AND MADE FROM SOME CHEAP NETTING MATERIAL. WHEN I ASKED TO RETURN THEM THEY ASKED ME TO PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHS AND MEASUREMENTS! I DID SUPPLY THESE. THEN 3 DAYS LATER THEY OFFERED ME A 15% REFUND TO KEEP THEM, OTHERWISE,I'D HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THEM TO CHINA! THEY PICKED ON THE WRONG PENSIONER TO TRY AND SCAM. I REPORTED THEM TO PAYPAL AND THEY ISSUED ME WITH A FULL REFUND-THANK YOU PAYPAL 😊

Also would give zero stars if possible. Ordered, like others, thinking it was a local brand due to the name, but then was disappointed to see that the shipping info was coming from China. Not only did it not arrive in time for the event I purchased it for, but when it finally came I tried it on anyway and it didn't look as nice as it had in the picture and it looked absolutely awful on me. I emailed them straight away to request a refund as was mentioned on their website and after a few days received a reply that I assume was written by a bot that asked me to send a photo of what was wrong if it was a sizing issue. I ignored this and just explained that it didn't fit my bust at all and could they please send me the return form but again after a few days I received an email insisting that they received a photo and I was a little shocked tbh but on googled if that was even legal and it said it actually was 🫤 so like an idiot, I actually sent the photo as I was desperate for my money back and like everyone else I kept receiving offers offering me discounts on store credit instead which I refused until I contacted my bank's fraud department and sent them the email thread and fortunately got a full chargeback. Definitely a scam!

DON'T GO NEAR THIS WEBSITE!

Bought a dress from Emilia but on arrival, it was terrible quality and looked nothing like on their website. I've since learned that they allegedly use images from other websites and more than likely use AI to alter their images to make articles look better than they are.

Tried to get a refund and got bounced back and forward with emails asking for numerous photographs and offering me 15% discount on my next purchase. I just want a refund and address to return the dress to. More and more emails - just give me the address to return the dress and give me a refund! Then 45% discount off my next purchase - my next purchase??? I won't be going near them for any purchase!

Eventually got an address in Los Angeles which turns out to be a UPS store but to return the dress to Los Angeles from UK was going to cost me £27. Given the quality of the dress I would value the dress at £1 and would only use it as a duster so I wasn't paying £27 with the highly unlikely chance that I'd get a refund.

I am now in conversation with my credit card company to cancel payment.

Don't go near them. Total SCAMMERS!

Ditto everything I have read in the reviews. Hindsight is always 20/20. This is a scam company that falsely advertise products and then make returns virtually impossible! They will do anything but provide a valid returns address. Fabric is if the worst quality and the style is nothing as what was advertised. DO NOT BUY!!!

Scam site. State the refund but dont send through a returns form and offer 10% discount to try snd make u keep goods of dire quality.be warned DO NOT ORDER !!

If I could select no star I would !!!! False advertising from product picture , to stating sales, to the description of the product. This is cheap fast overseas production quality. It is not coming from Melbourne. It’s shipped from overseas and u don’t know that until u start getting in transit emails and how long it takes to arrive. I wouldn’t even spend $20 on the blazer I ordered. It’s so awful, I will be throwing it into the giving bins.

No valid return address for returns. addresses given in china, UK and USA . Uk and USA return addresses are clothing donation facilities.

Like others I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!
The dress I ordered took weeks to arrive and didn't look anything like the one on the website.
The material was cheap and inferior and looked like a nightie.
Total scam as the return website doesn't exsist so a complete waste of the £41 I paid for this rubbish!!!
