Enjoyed and appreciated good relationship with Eminent throughout installation of a DCS331 in our Church . Revelling in sound produced by Eminent's harmonic system (as opposed to sampling) having closely examined and compared several competitors. Excellent value for money. Extras were a mobile platform providing flexibility within Church setting and Perspex music stand which is a great help to our organist - delighted with finished product.

Knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Always ready to offer money saving solutions were possible. Instrument impressive, well built with seemingly limitless tonal potential.

The console processor in our pipe organ failed on Palm Sunday eve during a performance of Stainer's Crucifixion. There was no way it could be fixed in time for the Holy Week and Easter services, and having no organ was not an option. The guys at Eminent UK were able to deliver us a hire organ within 48 hours, despite being up against it with other installations & voicing before Easter. The hire organ (a DCS model) was excellent and enabled us to deliver the planned music schedule, and uphold our strong musical tradition. Grateful thanks to Shea, Martin and Stuart. All I have to do now is fit the new processor....

For a home practice organ, with voicing that can be adjusted and refined for the location and user's preferences: Eminent organs can supply a very 'sound' product.

First time after 14 years that the organ needed repair out of Guarantee. An unusual fault meant two trips which put up the price, but otherwise excellent and friendly service. Good to have it back in full working order with minimal delay.

Had our Eminent church organ repaired yesterday and very pleased with the work done. The problems were only minor ones, and the first we've experienced in the 20 years since the organ was installed
. Shea Lolin's visit was arranged within two weeks of my contacting Eminent and he was friendly, efficient and highly informative. So, unhesitatingly, 5 stars from me for his work and the organ itself!

Many thanks to Martin for visiting Llanmadoc And Chertion Churches in Swansea on the 31st January, in order to deal with the Snags with my Organs in what I was facing, he arrived very Promptly, and was very Friendly and good humored and we looked after him whilst he was there and all issues sorted but we are awaiting for a reverb component for the Ceriton Organ that someone appeared to have stolen and not returned it.

A very quick response to my request for a service and a very friendly and unhurried service visit from Shea who not only attended carefully to the two issues requiring repair but was willing to examine another, more complex one without prior notice.

The company clearly wants to establish a reputation for reliability and good customer relations and this was an excellent start for us.

Speedy response to me reporting a fault with our 2001 supplied instrument. Fixed on site in North London within days, and ahead of its planned use this weekend. Also had a great lesson about some of the hidden features I hadn't looked into before!

I have had my Eminent Alpha 200/30 home practice instrument for 4 years and never cease to admire the quality of its sound. I chose Eminent in the first place because of the flexible way you can choose your own stops, and order extra features, for example I have 2 sequencer tabs one of which is foot operated. Shea has visited recently and re-voiced some of the stops particularly those on the baroque intonation. Nothing was too much trouble and I am thrilled with the results. Thank you so much.

After 15 years brilliant service my bespoke Cantata lll developed a minor fault owing to a loose contact - quickly found and fixed by Martin Russell. I also felt the voicing could be improved and Shea Lolin, experienced musician and organist who fully understands acoustics and the harmonic structure and development of different stops, spent a fruitful 3 hours going through the whole organ. What was good is now outstanding and a total joy to play.

Hi everyone, I called to listen to the organ on the phone, and much to my surprise Shea answered, this being long past closing time ! So I discussed what I was looking for, and will keep the the story short !
The end result was I bought an organ for our church in East Sussex. It was duly delivered to us at the arranged time with out any fuss. If you need a company that knows what is talking about, you would be hard pushed to find a team with an inordinate amount of organ knowledge.

I would certainly recommend Eminent Organs UK. We have just had a used digital organ installed in the church where I am the vicar. The organ has been serviced and thoroughly checked over prior to installation and comes with a wonderful warranty. The installation was well planned and we were kept informed throughout.

The organ sounds fabulous and we are really thrilled and would be happy for anyone to come to our church and see and hear this lovely instrument.

Eighteen years of experience with this company who run an excellent service warranty scheme. The organs feels much more solid and 'real' than most of their competitors. The sounds are wonderful and I would not wish to change to any other system.
