Beware of false prophets!
Like many, we ordered furniture from Eminza because of their reputation for good customer service, even though they are more expensive than similar companies. Big mistake. Once delivery dates come and go, they make all the right noises, starting each email with apologies and ending each email with similar platitudes. The problem is that in-between this standard text, they basically say: nothing we can do about anything! When you dig a little deeper, it becomes clear that this French company cares little about Spanish customers; the phone number leads to a recorded message saying "this number is no longer monitored, so you need to send an email", and when you do send an email to see how to speak to a human being, you get told there is no customer phone line for those outwith France! I'm originally from the UK, which has lots and lots of problems, but if this company treated UK customers like this they would quite rightly be out of business in a few days. Avoid.

Thanks for your polite reply, which is just more of the same; platitudes and misinformation. The delivery driver used WhatsApp to arrange delivery, just as I suggested and just like every other delivery driver in Spain. He used his initiative, unlike yourself. As for the contact number, you are wrong, as the number 911 981 808 is shown in bright orange on the Contact Us page on your website. Like other reviewers have said, you take customer's money and leave them to sort out any issues. I will never shop with you again, and I would advise everyone else to also shop elsewhere.

After reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that the delay in your delivery was due to the phone number provided when placing your order. As it was an English number, the local carrier in Spain (CBL) was unfortunately unable to contact you to arrange delivery. In Spain, carriers require a Spanish phone number, as their delivery devices generally do not support international calls.
Following your message to our customer service team, we explained the situation regarding the phone number provided. Although a Spanish contact number could not be supplied, we worked directly with the carrier to find an alternative solution and ensure the delivery could be arranged. We took the necessary steps on our side, and we can confirm that your order was successfully delivered on April 9th.
We would also like to clarify that we do not provide a customer service phone number on our website. Our team can be contacted exclusively by email, and we make every effort to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday).
We hope this clarifies the situation and remain at your disposal should you need any further assistance.
