Most terrible credit card company

This bank is the most terrible credit card company ever. I have AMEX but I never had a problem in paying. This company Emirates NBD will ask twice a month for payment and if you miss 1 or 2 months they will say your account is delinquent and will never open again your account to be use.

The worst customer service ever!!

The customer service is unacceptable. The agents often seem poorly trained, yet respond with misplaced confidence and rudeness that pushes customers away. The lack of basic service etiquette points to a deeper issue with management tolerating, or even enabling, this behavior. This isn’t an isolated incident,complaints like these are everywhere online and have been going on for years. It’s disappointing that a brand carrying the Emirates name would allow its contact center to operate at such a low standard. Something is seriously wrong!!

Extremely disappointed with the…

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Emirates NBD. I reached out multiple times for support with a simple debit card replacement and to open a new account but received absolutely no help. Despite being kept on hold for a long time, the call centre agent eventually hung up on me without resolving anything. Their mobile app and WhatsApp support were equally unhelpful, with no clear options to request a replacement debit card or get real assistance. For a bank of this size, I expected far better customer service and basic problem resolution. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I had to issue a manager's cheque only, took more than 1.5 hours to do so! I went to MOE branch and they are so slow, half of the staff are just wasting time! It is horrible ! What a slow branch with really poor service

request to close my purchase/credit…

request to close my purchase/credit card (Visa). Unfortunately, despite my clear instructions, the card was not closed as requested.

As a result, additional charges and penalties were applied to my account. These charges are not a result of my actions, but rather due to the bank’s failure to execute my request in a timely and accurate manner.

Extremely frustrated with this bank

Extremely frustrated with this bank. Getting a credit card here was one of the worst experiences—totally not recommended. 0/10. Their customer care is pathetic and the overall service is very disappointing.

I'm very disappointed by the bankk…

I'm very disappointed by the bank customer services and fraud investigation department. One fraud translation was done on my credit card. Rather than settling down and finding the solution they told me you have done it by yourself. When I asked for details like where the transaction was done I needed merchant details and all other customer service hung up on me. This is the pathetic behavior from ENBd bank. I have other banks credit cards They are supportive and even give you all details. They need a lot of effort to upgrade their security. I will never suggest this bank to any of my references. The customer service at Emirates NBD…

The customer service at Emirates NBD has been extremely disappointing.
I’ve been trying to get help with an issue for over a month now, and it’s still unresolved. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one has provided a clear answer or solution. This level of service is unacceptable — I expected much better from a leading bank.

Transaction problems

I've been using the bank's services recently. There is a terrible queue in the department, the attitude is terrible. When trying to buy something expensive, the transaction is blocked and I have to sit on the phone every time until 2 a.m., calling the bank back, because the payment does not go through and no one can name the reason. Now my money is hostage to the bank again

Your money will not be safe!

Disgraceful bank.

My card was frauded 5k and they have done nothing about it and are going to make me pay the money back. You can't talk to anyone that has any kind of pull, its just fobbing you off and fobbing you off to the next person. They're too starved of a bank to write the expense off. Please don't bank with ENBD, your money is not safe with them!!

I came to inquire about the update of…

I came to inquire about the update of my credit card, which I requested last August 7 for re-issuance due to a misspelling of my name. I was told that the replacement would be free of charge since it was the bank’s mistake. However, I was surprised to later see a AED 20 replacement fee charged to my credit card statement, which should not have happened.

I also received a message from Amazon regarding card delivery, so I expected it to arrive. When it didn’t, I visited the branch again and requested to collect it there instead. I was asked to sign documents so that the card could be delivered to the MOE branch.

When I went back to follow up, the same staff member informed me that no card replacement was applied for, suggesting it might have been a system glitch. This was confusing since I was already charged the replacement fee and even had a reference number for my request.

This whole process has been very disappointing and frustrating. Instead of going through the same explanation again, I decided to leave the branch. I hope this matter is reviewed seriously, and I expect the incorrect fee to be reversed along with proper handling of my replacement card.

Fair practice

Approached Customer service executive Mr. Arjun for Liability letter. During cancellation of credit cards, Mr. Arjun found that there exist 1065 ENBD points and advised to redeem prior to cancellation of the cards, being the situation a customer being going to another bank. Appreciate Mr. Arjun for fair practice.

Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service. I applied for a credit card more than 10 days ago and there has been zero update or communication from Emirates NBD. No follow-up, no clarity, and no professionalism. If this is the service at the application stage, I can’t imagine what the customer experience would be later. Extremely frustrating
