My experience with Travejar was a very smooth and calming experience. Although I had applied my visa with another place and was not given my visa Travejar helped me track my visa and gave me updates on what I can do. They also informed me when my visa would come out and kept me alert on the process as a whole. I really appreciate Alida for hearing my issue and helping me find a solution while guiding me on the best way to handle this stressful matter. She gave me her honest opinion which Im glad I listened too and was nice enough to update me on my visa although it was placed through a different place. I'd rate Alida and her team more stars if I could! I was scheduled to leave on a Monday for a Dubai visit, and I found out at midnight on the Sunday that I needed a pre-arrival visa. From my previous research, I thought my U.S. green card qualified me for a visa-on-arrival. Turns out the green card works only for Indian citizens.

I came across the company online and was a bit skeptical. I reached out and Alida responded immediately even on the Sunday. She reassured me that she could get the visa for me. Naturally, I was a bit hesitant to pay, but Alida was accommodating and accepted half payment first. She shared updates regularly, and by midnight on the Monday (Dubai morning), I had received my visa.
