Needed advice for my daughter who loves to sing, she's autistic and Gill the owner couldn't be more helpful, wow shes having so much fun now and singing is giving her more confidence and sings in the school choir. Cant thank you enough

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND AND ARRNGE COLLECTION FOR A PACKAGE I AM UNABLE TO USE SINCE DEC 21ST. THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGES AND AND HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME. I WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS

I have bought gear from EMK.over the last 10 years.
The service I have received from Gill and Phil could not be bettered.I am ancient in years but have been treated with the greatest courtesy and patience and may I say KINDNESS by these good people.
Any faults with the equipment purchased has been rectified swiftly and satisfactorily.I would recommend this company without reservation to anyone looking for karaoke equipment May they continue and prosper for many more years.

Have made quite a few purchases from EMK over the years, always given me good product support in store and via technical help over the phone. I guess EMK are not pro active in seeking good reviews on here and like my business you hear the negatives but never the 100's and 100s of satisified customers probably because they're too busy singing Keep up the good work guys. Replaced my karaoke player bought at Christmas even though it was my fault, My five year old decided to insert an SD Card upside down and damaged the reader, Called Emkaraoke for advice. Telephoned them for advice and to my surprise replaced the unit with a brand new unit. Customer service like this these days is very rare. Thanks Guys !!!

i ordered a karaoke machine for my daughter 3 weeks before chrismas, paid with a debit card and got confirmation email saying everything was ok. I then waited for 2 weeks and nothing being delivered, phoned EMkaraoke and was told my card was declined ( no email or call was received to inform me even tho i had a confirmation email after ordering ), the person behind the phone basically told me to try again, no apology. ( Checked my bank and no money has gone out so i thought properly the card was declined) .I then went to ebay and order the similar machine from EMkaraoke ,paid with paypal. Nearly a week later i received 2 parcels from EMkaraoke so i rang them and find out they re summit the first order without noticing me and after saying my card was declined ??? i didn't know they can keep record of my banking details to do this. EMkaraoke did apology and said its their mistake , they arranged for a pick up 1 parcel and will refund the money. However its now 4 weeks after chrismas and I'm still waiting for my money after phoning them twice asking for it!! The whole experience thing is very stressful as its happened near christmas. Not happy at all!!!

AS FOR FAULTY GOODS EVEN HARRODS HAS THOSE, EMKAREOKE REPLACES THEM WITH NO FUSS OR MILLIONS OF QUESTIONS, TRYING TO P[OINT THE BLAME ELSE WHERE, NOPE YOU KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEW EQUIPMENT ARRIVING SAFE AND SOUND AS USUAL LATER THIS WEEK, THANKS GILL, OH YES YOU LOT ANOTHER THING, GILL GIVES YOU THE LATEST TUNES ON THE PLAYERS NOT THE CRAP THATS BEEN HANING ARROUND IN THERE SHOPS, THAT NO ONE COULD SELL, THREE CHEERS FOR GILL..

I did have a dispute with them and raised it here. However, they noted it and explained a mix up and replaced the products, two wireless mics, immediately. I have to say that the response, from Gill, was excellent. Kenny

Would not purchase anything from Emkaraoke again.
Received a pair of speakers that was not listed on their web site and nothing like the speakers that I ordered.
Very difficult to contact by phone,requires constant ringing (20-25mins).NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS.
Most unhelpful and only relieved that I have just received my refund after waiting 10 days.

A word of warning, Make sure when Ordering from Emkaraoke that you check what they are going to send because it may not be what you ordered.

I have been buying from this company for 10 years without any problems, i think the previous review is due to some misunderstanding they are always very friendly
