Ordered a mattress and base in late March 2023. Cancelled the base after a coule of weeks since they had delivery issues with that part. Support accidentally cancelled the whole order, which was not noticed until I asked for delivery information some weeks later. New order with "priority" and now a couple of weeks later the expected delivery is middle of June. Terrible orderhandling and information to customer. And the stock information is a joke. It says 1-5 days today on the same mattress, which is a bit misleading since I have a planned delivery three weeks from now with "priority flag". So do not expect that the delivery information is correct - and do not order from them if you are in a hurry to get the things in place. The products might be good or even great but not very helpful if you never receive them...

Un mes y medio esperando por la entrega después de haber cancelado mi pedido 4 veces para retrasar la fecha de entrega aunque en la web pone 5 días. Todo son problemas: al comprar los productos se duplican en tu pedido sin darte cuenta, la dirección de envío si es diferente a la de facturación la ponen mal, dicen que te lo envían en una fecha concreta y el día de la entrega te dicen que no tienen stock o que no han podido gestionarlo a tiempo y le echan la culpa a los transportistas. He hecho 3 viajes a nuestra casa de vacaciones donde necesitaba los colchones que está a 5 horas de donde vivo para nada y al final he tenido que cancelar y aún no me han devuelto el dinero! Su sistema de logística es el peor que he visto en mi vida y el servicio al cliente es pésimo y esta en otro país con un horario diferente al español. @emma_colchon vergüenza os tenia que dar!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they are totally incompetent. A month and a half waiting for delivery after having canceled my order 4 times to delay the delivery date even though it says 5 days on the web. These were some of the main problems: when buying the products they duplicate our order without realising it; the shipping address is different from the billing address; they say that they will dispatch it to you on a specific date, which was a lie. They blame their logistics on their carriers. I have made 3 trips to our vacation home where I needed the mattresses which is 5 hours from where I live, wasting my time. Finally, I had to cancel the order and still have not received my money back or any apology! Its logistics system is the worst I have seen in my life and the customer service is shocking and based in another country with a different time zone than Spain.

Do not use!

Quality mattress, nice and soft, but somehow also firm. My wife is a side sleeper and I switch between side, back and stomach, and never feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend.

It's an awesome mattress! When my partner moves around his side I don't feel a thing so it seems that I sleep alone!

We bought a mattres and it was great! We like it a lot, for my 5 years daughter even for us. On the other hand, the pillow didn't fit as we expected but it wasn't any problem to return it.
The delivery was perfect also.
We recommend it and sure we will buy more Emma products.

A close friend recommended Emma and they were sure. We needed a new mattress and among the options Emma seemed like the best quality-price deal. Buying online was really easy, it arrived on time as was delivered in my apartment. Everything was over expectations! Great option if you want or need a new mattress.

Ordered a mattress from them a year ago - it took like 3 weeks to arrive although they claim 1 week.

Ok the, things happen, the mattress was great.

Ordered a pillow 8 days ago - same promise to deliver it within a week - there is a mess with delivery AGAIN!

So to my experience they systematically do not fulfil their orders on time which is embarrassing! and the fact is that many people complain about it and nothing is done.


To sum up - product is good - fulfilment and customer service is the worst!

So far my process with Emma Colchon has been a terrible disappointment. The bed was advertised with a 2-5 day delivery and 2 days after ordering this was changed to 4-5 weeks later. For my first complaint I got an answer, the second wasn't answered within 2 days and I had to contact them again.

The rest of the items in the system were with a delivery status of January 20th. (the mattress and sheets). Now the 20th has passed, no delivery has happened and no information about delays, new delivery date, etc has been provided so far.

From my current experience I suggest staying clear of Emma Colchon.

The mattress is amazing, but their service was one of the worst I've ever had. They sent me everything in different packages and days: one day I got a pillow, another day a sheet, another day the mattress, another day another sheet and pillow... I'm still waiting for the rest of the sheets. They also sent me the mattress base's screws and stuff by themselves, without the base itself. This i ridiculous. I tried getting helo from customer service but they just say 'sorry I'll see what I can do' and then I never hear from them again...

Bought the hybrid mattress just over 1 year ago, in super king size. After about 2 months use, it started to sag on one side. Contacted customer services, and was told this was perfectly normal in memory foam, and was basically fobbed off. I'm fully aware it moulds to your form, but if should return to normal.
Both sides have now sunken so far, it's a very uncomfortable sleep. I now, after a year, have to buy another mattress. This time from a good supplier.

The mattress is really comfortable and the fact that is so conveniente to clean its cover is great. All the guests that try it ask me about the brand.

The comfort of sleep improves with Emma. Just how it should be. It is firm but meanwhile you are in bed it gets very comfortable and adapts to your body. Very good !
