Over all I'm satisfied about the product. The necklace is pretty and good quality, better that I expected.
The colors of the picture didn't turn out quite as I hoped, but they are fine.
The chain snapped after 4 days.

Rude customer service
I wrote them a mail that i would be thankful to get my order within a mounth befor 7e may if it’s possible since i know the delivery can take up to a month, and the customer servis was really rude and wrote to me that it seems like you havn’t read the policies and etc… I DO NOT Recommend since they are extremely unprofessional.

Easy to order
Easy to order, good prices, delivery was a bit loong but with christmas and long way to ship and a step by step tracking it was all good. Nice quality on the produkt aswell

SCAM!! Do not order from this website. Such a bad costumer service, that won’t help you. Have not recived what i ordered 2 weeks before christmas. It said it was deliviered Jan 4 but it is not! If it didn’t fit in the mailbox it would’ve been sent to the nearest post office. Terrible scam do not recommend!

Scam company
Terrible scam company. It took 86 days for me to get the order. This is just a dropshipping company. They don't make anything themselves, they are just the ordering the "high quality products" from a big sweatshop in the northern parts of China for 1/20th of the price you are paying.

Good products, but….
The delivery time was really long, however the products were really nice. The text will probably wear down after a while, and the girl wristband was quite long! But exept for that it is a really grate gift, and really cute.

they sent wrong item and it's difficult to get in touch with them
they didn't deliver on time and didn't deliver the item i ordered. I ordered for 2 bracelets (with our cat picture) for christmas presence. I got one bracelet right but the other item is a necklace with a family on it. I've been trying to explain to them through the website and when they reply through email, it seems that they don't read what you wrote back to them. I placed my order early in November, and it's 21 December, still no reply on how to get my other item and what shall i do with the necklace with a family picture on it. I am really disappointed and stress as it is supposed to be a gift for my daughter and one for me.

Do not trust this company
This company has awful costumers service. I ordered on the 25. October. By the 7th of november, I sent a mail to customer service to get an update, as the link to the tracking number didn't work. An automated answer promised me an answer by two days. They didn't bother answering. By 24th, I had enough. This seemed like a scam, so I cancelled and ordered from a serious company. They said they'd look in to it on the 25th. On the 27th they shipped the item, and on the 28th they told me they couldn't cancel since it was already shipped. It's clear that they put a haste on it to prevent me from cancelling. Today, on the 15th of December I received it.
The item is OK, quite bulky compared to the pictures, but all in all acceptable. The company is the issue.
