I bought a mattress a month ago. I have tried the mattress and it is worse than the one I have. After trying for couple of nights. I have not been so uncomfortable. It like sleeping on a concrete floor. I have requested 4 times for collection and refund. But still waiting for collection and refund. The service is terrible.

Still having issues with this company trying to get my refund for a matteress I returned under there 10 year warranty.
Served with a 14 days notice before filing for court. So they are more then happy now after 3 months of messing me around, back and forth to let me go through and take them to court for a clear breach of there contract.
3 months of delaying and stalling, publicly they comment on all my posts to say they are looking into it but get the same message privately, " our internal teams are looking into it" Yet they told me back in May, my refund had been processed, then after 3 weeks they admitted to me, they havent even processed it and now the internal teams are still looking into it. The internal teams and technical errors are clear delaying tactics.
Delay delay delay all the time.

I was going to spend ages writing a fully detailed review but I'll be honest, I dont have the energy anymore! Needless to say it did not go well. If you enjoy spending hours on the phone and emailing not only Emma 'support' (what a joke), but also hours on the phone to DX, their delivery contractor, then please do order from them.
I ordered my mattress on 25/05/26, it only took them 5 weeks to finally deliver my mattress and collect the old one!
If you value your time and sanity then please listen to me, buy elsewhere!!!!

After some consultation with the Emma Team I decided to buy the Adapt Cooling Pillow as i was informed it was firm and it was cooling..
The pillow itself is fine but after coming down from three pillows to two after an operation last year I was looking to go down to one as for years I only used one but I find its it’s too low and I am using an old pillow underneath to raise it a bit which isn’t really working..?
I’m reluctant to return it as a cooling/firm pillow is a bit of a rarity buying on the web..?
Guess I’ll have to live with the problem unless I can find a slim pillow to sit under it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Emma has been appalling.
After purchasing a mattress, I experienced multiple failed deliveries due to their logistics issues. I was left waiting for weeks, repeatedly chasing customer service, and was ultimately forced to buy another mattress elsewhere because Emma simply couldn't deliver what I'd already paid for.
The customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Responses are slow, nobody seems able to take ownership of the problem, and despite all the inconvenience caused, they refused to offer any meaningful goodwill gesture.
To make matters worse, they have still not refunded my money. They are insisting on arranging collection of two free promotional pillows before processing the refund, meaning yet another delay caused by a situation that was entirely of their own making.
The whole experience has been stressful, time-consuming and completely avoidable. I expected far better from such a well-known company.
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Emma unless you're prepared to risk poor communication, failed deliveries and a lengthy battle if something goes wrong.

If only I had checked trust pilot first. Mattress didn’t show up at scheduled time. Had to phone customer services twice and they said they would call back - they didn’t. Had to phone a 3rd time. Explained that my 85 year old mother had been in tears because she had struggled to take all the sheets off the bed and then had to put them all back again. I told them I world need a mid day slot as she is not mobile in the mornings - so what have they done? Scheduled for a delivery tomorrow morning between 7 and 9 am. Of course this was after 5pm and office is closed. Service has been appalling (call centre doesn’t appear to be uk based). I’ve no idea whether the mattress will be any good but at this stage would prefer a refund or some sort of compensation. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I would give 3.5 stars if I could, the quality of the product is good! I had some trouble with deliveries - see boring rant below but I’ve now got my mattress and pillow and had my mattress collected so whilst it was a bit frustrating I’m all sorted!✔️

Something is really not working between Emma Sleep and their DX delivery partner. I ordered a mattress and a pillow in April and a mattress collection. A pillow arrived and then some men arrived to collect the mattress but somewhere along the way they lost my new mattress. I called and messaged both DX and Emma and eventually got a new mattress but the team hadn’t been briefed to collect. So we 3 months after I ordered we have a mattress sat outside, I’ve chased three times. The auto email says I’m a top priority so good luck to any customers who aren’t - might need a plan B! Meanwhile I get invited to review my experience and get loads of “hope you’re enjoying your sleep” emails. No Emma Sleep. No.

Terrible communication from Emma regarding any enquiry. Never a response within 48 hours, let alone the 8 business hours they claim to try to achieve. Mattress not delivered, nor old mattress collected on specified delivery date. Payment taken but no info regarding redelivery date or time.
UPDATE:
Emma - Your reply and apology on 30/06/26 is meaningless - actions speak louder than words and you have failed for a second time to deliver the mattress. That's now two days off work waiting for deliveries that didn't materialise, the first time because the order wasn't processed correctly, the second because the courier didn't deliver at the agreed time. Taking time off work for anyone is not easy, especially around family commitments. The communication is so poor and the lengthy response meaningless when you literally fail to deliver, for a second time.
Avoid this company - the service is terrible.
