I wish I could leave a minus review
I wish I could leave a minus review. I ordered a trenchcoat on sale for 6995. It took forever to get here and when it got here it did not fit even though I ordered my normal size. I sent an email immediately to customer service and waited at least three days for the first response. They gave me some runaround about how it would be easier for them to offer me a deal then it would be to return the coat because I guess they’re overseas. So they offered me to keep the coat and they would give me credit so that I could purchase the right size. I emailed them back and told them that was how I understood the offer to go and they said I was absolutely right. So I took the offer of course and about three more days later they sent me the return code. But it turns out that rather than giving me 6995, they gave me 4995. Then I had to add another $20 on the order to get the coat. So really I was paying almost $100 for a coat that doesn’t fit. I emailed them again and said that was not gonna work and it’s been days and I haven’t heard from them once again. I would never ever ever purchase another thing from this company and please save yourself the hassle.
