After 22 years of trading we decided it was time to implement ISO 9001 & 14001 within our business. A task that we had been putting off for so long due to the 'changes to the way we worked' that it would necessitate... Or so we thought.

Emmerson Wills built a combined 9001 & 14001 ISO system for us that matched how we operate, requiring very few changes or 'extra work'. It really did make the whole ISO journey simple and within 6 months of starting the process, we had passed our external audits.

Matt and his team make everything appear simple and straightforward with what was ( for us, a small company ) quite daunting. My biggest fear is being taken away from the coalface and things which I consequently sub-contract / delegate taking more time and generating more stress than if I'd done it myself. Achieving ISO 14001 was vital for us. The process initially looked like being at the foot of Everest. Matt took all the pressure and made me very comfortable he had the knowledge, experience and most importantly the customer-facing understanding, to make it happen without fuss, and successfully. He's at the end of a phone, email or other comms 24/7 and nothing is an issue or difficult. He's let me get on with my day job, without any worry

EW provides a great ISO system that's easy to understand & implement. They conducted our internal audit and hand held us though our ISO audits. Key for us was having an ISO system that integrated easily into our day-to-day processes.
