This is dangerous, after several years of use, you will just risk to loose all your teeth. The material and quality of these materials are very poor and most of the seller have nothing to do with care or tooth care, they are just charlatan. I got so many problems since I have used it because material on the tooth brush are damaging your jaw for ever. Don t even try or invest in this. It s a scam. - Used with a reseller in Switzlerland. I spent quite a lot, I sincerely regret it.

Charging problems and ultimate battery failure. Despite reading all the negative reviews I took a leap of faith - Wrong !!!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered toothbrush and money went out straight away.I asked for tracking number and twice they sent the wrong number...over 10 emails and got answers to two.On their Web site it says delivery in 3-4 days,it took about 10days.I got an email two days before it was delivered saying it had been delivered.A total shambles of a company they don't know what they are doing.Just interested in taking your money. Avoid at all costs.Just have to see if the toothbrush is all it's cracked up to be
Having put this toothbrush on charge for 24hours,the light still does not come on.I have not got the energy or the time to chase this up at the moment as they don't answer any emails.I have heard from someone else who had the same experience that they sell old stock so the rechargeable battery in the toothbrush is too old to be charged.The only thing I can say is stay clear from this company and their ultrasonic toothbrush.

Utterly shambolic bunch of scam artists. Toothbrush for dog not fit for purpose. After contacting and clarifying I wanted a full refund NOT a replacement which they agreed to, I sent off to Germany (£16 tracked) Notified them etc and they didn't bother collecting it NOR provide a refund and get this for twisted hilarity - it's being returned to me! Buyer beware! this outfit are a collection of frauds. Shall notify all relevant authorities in Germany.

Poor customer service! The product is good, but if something goes wrong or you need to return an item, don't expect to get a replacement. Despite a lot of emails and calls, when were always ignore I returned an item and despite paying international signed for postage they didn't bother to collect the item and so it was returned to me. Complete waste of time and money. if you need a replacement of any kind of item, easier and cheaper to just buy it.

I sent my broken Emmi pet to Germany twice and they did not bother to pick it up from the post office. Terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If it breaks down you will be out of pocket.

It’s a very expensive toothbrush that failed after 2 years and they didn’t want to replace it. So I bought another one which did not work straight out of the box. Contacted the company but they didn’t want to replace because the company I bought from closed down and local distributor didn’t care as I haven’t bought from him directly and couldn’t provide copy of the receipt - it was misplaced and couldn’t get reprint because the shop closed down.

LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMER !!!

Update; The company did proactively resolve the refund issue. I then re-ordered and they sent some additional items due to the issues I had.

Unfortunately my rating does not go up. Why? Because I received a unit that does not work at all. I suspect the unit has been sitting around for so long, the battery has depleted and been permanently damaged (lithium ion). So now I have an order that I cannot use.

Had my emmi-dent for a few days now. My mouth feels much cleaner after brushing, and it's very gentle. Very pleased so far. I will update after a few more weeks.

It's now several months later. Still loving the toothbrush, however the toothpaste is expensive, especially as it can only be purchased on-line, however more people are starting to stock it now. Factoring in the P&P, and assuming you're going to buy say 2 tubes, the cheapest I've found it is averaging out at £6.00 a tube. It would be brilliant if EMMI-DENT operated a free P&P scheme for regular buyers, or a subscription service. For this added expense, I give **** instead of *****
