Cannot delete my own client account at eMoney.
I have a client account at eMoney. I am trying to delete my account with all my personal financial information. There is no way of deleting my personal documents stored in the vault or just deleting the account online. I called eMoney support, and they said they cannot help me but wanted me to contact my advisor. Furthermore, I told them my advisor is not active, and support still wanted me to contact my advisor who is not active. I have emailed eMoney twice, with no response.
It's time to change the software to add the ability to delete documents in your vault, to delete your account, and to have better agreements between your advisor companies to give better support.
This is a security risk as a client cannot control their own personal financial information or account.
