Great Service. I was fully in control of my house sale, very easy to make changes to the listing on the app and wasn't hassled to buy additional services. Advice available if needed, always answered the phone promptly. Saved thousands over using a high street agent.

I sold my house in Torquay using Griffin Property in 2024 as their fee as an online agent was very competitive . My main contact was jacob who was always helpful and efficient and all went smoothly . I am returning to the UK from OZ later this year and will ceratinly contact Griffin if I sell again in the future and understand they have now merged with another company .it is beyond my comprehension why vast majority of people still use a so called high street agent and they must have money to burn :) . The only minor disadvantage of using an online agent is that the viewings are conducted by the owners themselves but surely that is not a problem for most people . AS a prospective buyer I MUCH PRFER to see the owner who can answer any questions about the property quickly unlike an agent where it is sometimes a hassle !

All conveyancers very responsive, approachable and friendly. Issues with the eway portal to begin with which was resolved. As soon as sorted has since gone very smoothly.

So easy and so little stress! We listed and sold the house 4 weeks later. It's a real benefit not having to Deal with multiple people but simply accept or reject requests to view or alternatively propose a different time. All done efficiently and quickly via the online portal. Pay £300 rather than £5000 with a traditional agent.

Good estate agents always happy to help

We chose Emoov early in 2024 (then known as Griffin Property company) even though we've always been very sceptical about online estate agencies. I had loads of questions to ask first, so I sent a list at Easter weekend. My email was answered promptly and all questions answered well. That was enough to help us decide to try it. Also we had moved to an area where we were not settling just a year before, so we needed to save on costs where ever possible.

We did our own photographs, floor plan & descriptions, so a bit of work involved but it was worth doing it. Also we could do the photographs over a couple of days to ensure each room looked it's best before taking the photograph.

I found a few small teething problems doing the listing, but either Jacob or Nick helped sorting them out very quickly and both were very helpful.

Our house went on the market in late April. We had viewings straightaway, 7 in total and 3 offers within days. We chose the one we felt was appropriate for us and they were cash buyers. However we hadn't found our ongoing property at that stage and after several weeks still not finding one, our buyers withdrew.

It was a bit of a blow, but we understood how they felt. House back on the market, but the general election was announced which stalled things a bit, followed by the budget being announced, also stalled the market. But in November we had a few viewings and one came a 2nd time, then put in an offer. Eventually we settled on a price. The buyers have waited patiently and we eventually found our ongoing property (we were moving 165 miles) and eventually completed the sale yesterday 26th March 2025.

Total cost (for 2 sales including 32 photographs)
£345. We have saved around £3,600 based on quotes from local High Street agents.

We're extremely pleased with the whole process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick, Jacob and their team at Emoov.

So much better value than a traditional estate agent. 10x cheaper, smooth with getting into property portals, and good options for extras if you don’t want to doing viewings yourself/need photos etc. Recommending to everyone!

Would definitely not recommend this website as the landlords do not bother getting back to you at all regarding viewings or anything at all I have sent messages and renewed viewing times and dates for a landlord and no one gets back to you what so ever

Good service overall, easy to follow the process and the support team respond quickly to queries with clear information. Good value for money allowing you to save a lot of money on agent fees. Would recommend to anyone wishing to sell their own property with a little help from the online agent.

Never thought I would sell a property on line ever,but my son used and is still using Emoov it is easy to use and you only pay for the services you need and Emoov guide you every step of the way they go above and beyond to help with anything and are always there if you have a question I am still in their process but very happy with their friendly service will never use a high street estate agent again if I could have given 10 stars I would thank you Emoov for you guidance

Very professional and efficient

Would Highly recommend Emoov if you want to save a bit of money selling your house. With stamp duty so high, I wanted to save as much money as possible wherever I could, and not having to pay estate agent fees has been lovely!

We bought the cheapest package with a few add ons and so far the experience has been excellent. Took the photos our self with a smartphone and had no problem selling our house.

Viewers seemed quite pleased to meet the owners of the house too.
