I've suffered sciatic pain for nearly two decades now, and in that time I have tried at least a dozen different therapies and techniques in search of relief. What I liked about E-Motion Physiotherapy is that they have attended to my specific situation with very careful, meticulous attention. Asta showed no rush, only steady patience, as she went through my history at every angle, asking me questions no other therapists have covered, and surprising me with valuable insights. This is truly a highly personalized, tailored experience, not a cookie cutter solution simply thrown at you. Five stars for this sensitive, caring service.

I had a bothersome leg injury and did not know any physio locally. Luckily I found Asta who after one sessions diagnosed a nerve irritation and prescribed exercises which are providing great relief!

I was sceptical about online physiotherapy, but my back pain was becoming too much of a burden while also caring for two small kids. Desperate for help, I decided to give it a go—and it did not disappoint! Asta understood how chaotic life with little ones can be and worked around my schedule. The exercises she gave me were simple and effective, and I could easily fit them in during nap time or after bedtime. Within a few weeks, my back pain eased up, and I finally feel like I can keep up with the kids without discomfort. Highly recommend!
