Very impressed with service from first phone call. A kindly, friendly man who put us at ease. He was fair and made the whole experience of selling our car a pleasant one.

I used Motorway to sell my car as have never sold one previously. You hear of horror stories of dealers being aggressive and undercutting prices etc so I was worried about how the process would pan out. Emotive had placed the winning bid via the website and Ashley called me straight away to introduce him to myself and to get things rolling. That first prompt contact put me at ease and also demonstrated that I was important and valued by Emotive and Ashley! We agreed that Ashley would come up all the way from London to Leeds the following week. The very next day, Ashley contacted me to say he was in the area and he could come to inspect and finalise things that very day. I accepted and he arrived as promised and we looked over the vehicle. I was worried about how this part of the sale would go, but Ashley was very kind, courteous and honest. This put me at ease straight away. The whole experience was very professional and I would highly reccommend Emotive, especially doing business with Ashley. He arrived to inspect and text drive the car and gave it a thorough once over (I'm glad I represented it as accurately as I could!). Emotive settled the outstanding finance and once I received and forwarded confirmed settlement, he paid the outstanding payments to me and transferred the V5 online, ready for the onward sale to his waiting customer. All in all, a smooth hassle free, non-haggling experience. I would certainly consider using Emotive to source and sell future vehicles for me and my family and I'm happy to recommend them. Incredible service and highly recommend!

I first used Ashley’s services a couple of years ago to source a Mini Cooper. I wanted a very particular colour and Ashley kept patient on the car hunting journey and found the right car that ticked all the boxes.

Fast forward to now and the realisation that a Mini is not a practical car for a Mum to be, Ashley took all the stress out of finding the perfect car. Again, I had my particular criteria and Ashley sourced my dream Mum car! I cannot thank Ashley enough for the time, effort and commitment he put into sourcing the car.
