As a returning customer who has had time to see how Emperor paint has performed over the past year, I have to say I’m extremely impressed. It’s also worth noting that next day delivery means just that. I ordered in the afternoon and received my delivery before noon next day. Not bad at all from England to Central Scotland.

Paint quality is superb but had issues with application.
Paint quality is superb. Only issue was the paint was full of large lumpy bits. Like when you reuse a paint and the bits from the lid fall into the pot when remixing. Made the job hard work as I was rollering a large area and had to keep stopping to scrape the bits off the wall.

We're sorry to hear about the lumps you found in the paint, as this certainly isn't the experience we want our customers to have. With plastic containers, particularly 10L tubs, paint can sometimes splash onto the underside of the lid during transport. If the container becomes warm enough, the paint can dry onto the lid, and when it's opened, small, dried flakes can fall back into the paint. Unfortunately, this can happen regardless of the brand or price of the product.
If you experience this in the future, you can strain the paint before applying which will remedy the issue.

Getting next day delivery was great as needed the paint quickly. We were having our house painted and was getting low as hadn't ordered enough.
