Peace of mind

Turns out the previous owner had the vehicle serviced through you guys. When I gave them my VIN they looked it up and told me my car was serviced with them in the past. I decided to get the full coverage just for peace of mind not bad for an extra 27$ and i was already given a good deal at 99$. Not to mention the owner before me clearly thought it was a good idea to choose you guys. It was a no brainer for me and I know if I need to file a claim it shouldn't be a problem because my car was serviced with you in the past 👌.

False Info given on the phone

I was told several lies during the phone call. Also, you didn't explain there are limits to the amounts that will be paid for repairs.

I requested cancellation the next day via email and have not heard any response. Hence, I inform my bank that I was detesting the purchase. The account has been closed.

Stressful,Disrespectful

Only 20% repair coverage….

I had an extensive discussion with the agent concerning a repair warranty….. 24 hours later I received confirmation that informed that there is only a 20% coverage on auto repair… I was given the impression that all repair costs would be covered…. Therefore I have canceled the warranty immediately after 24 hours…

Started out good but I found a better deal asked for refund customer service laughed in my face n provided horrible service and act like they didn’t want to provide my refund I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! Maybe with better representation and staff sure but now absolutely not
