The staff was helpful, ethical, and respectful of the process. The reason I gave them two stars is that not all of their listings are transparent. They claim you will receive the ad accounts and all d... See more

I've been following Empire Flippers for…
I've been following Empire Flippers for many years. From way back when they were Adsense Flippers.
Their success is awe-inspiring and comes down to the extremely hard work and dedication of a fabulous team.
The founders Joe & Justin are super cool and are focused on providing upmost value to both sellers and buyers.
Awesome company!
Empire Flippers is hands-down the best…
Empire Flippers is hands-down the best marketplace to sell or buy online businesses.
I've had so many problems with other brokers (such as lying about declining income or hiding important information about the business).
Empire Flippers does none of that.
They're transparent, fast, and professional.
Going with any other broker is like trusting your baby with a complete stranger.
I've bought and sold several websites…
I've bought and sold several websites with Empire Flippers over the last 7 years. I'm continually impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the business of buying or selling online businesses.

EF handled the sale of my SaaS with extreme professionalism. You're in good hands. Recommended.
Used EF in 2018, they helped me sell my business
I’ve used empire flippers in 2018. Very thankful to them to sell my business where I wouldn’t have been able to myself. I’ve since heard they’ve made their platform better. At the time the process took around 6 months to sell. While I thought that was a long time at the time, in honesty my business wasn’t amazing. I continue to grow as an entrepreneur and can’t wait to do the next exit
Best Digital Business Marketplace
I run a business that acquires Amazon businesses. We have done 9 acquisitions in the last 2 years, 7 of which were through Empire Flippers. They make my job of doing due diligence on the businesses easier than any other broker with their online platform. Once you verify your account and funds, you can start doing due diligence within minutes of any new business being listed.
For first time buyers, their brokers can handhold you through the whole process and will be on the lookout for businesses that fit your criteria.
We check Empire Flippers before any other broker just because they make the process that easy. Other brokers require countless emails back and forth and time wasted before giving you any significant details about the business.
Their vetting process ensures the details about the business are correct and we have never had any real negative surprises from acquisitions. Every single one has gone smoothly. Will keep coming back to them whenever we want to deploy more capital.
Honest and fair…
My interactions with empire flippers has been amazing. Very honest and fair and spectacular customer service.
Great to work with
Great to work with. They handle the hardest and most annoying part: valuation and transfer. Really top players - highly recommend.
I have bought and sold countless…
I have bought and sold countless businesses with Empire Flippers....seriously dozens.
The team is great, responsive and knowledgeable.
This year they updated their platform and it is by far the best platform for buying and selling websites online.
Great experience listing my site on…
Great experience listing my site on Empire Flippers. The valuation process was smooth and I ended up getting around a 30x valuation for my site to a great buyer. I'll admit I haven't purchased a site on Empire Flippers yet but I will be soon. I feel their user interface for looking up sites and financials right from their website dashboard is lightyears ahead of the competition. No vetting prospect is perfect and buyers must do heavy due diligence on their own, but that being said I'd be much more comfortable buying or selling a 6 figure site on empire flippers rather than flippa.
Great Experience Selling - I Am a Affiliate Site Operator and Sold a Site on Empire Flippers
I recently was a site operator for an affiliate site that we sold through Empire Flippers. I found the onboarding process to collect our information to be simple and straight forward. The scheduling of meetings with potential buyers and the facilitation of the meetings went well and without any issue. They really make sure you are comfortable with how the meeting will go. They are organized in their follow up process and as we crossed over the 1st of the month they made sure we updated our P&L with updated numbers. After talking to potential buyers they gave good feedback on the meetings which helped me improve for the next call. Once an offer was made they kept me updated on the status all the way through the end. It was timely and a smooth process. I've also browsed other businesses on their market place and I find it simple to go through and check on potential businesses I want to know more about. Lastly outside of the selling process, I find them to be very informative and open about the process and how things work with selling and buying online businesses. I highly recommend them if you're looking to sell your online business. Looking forward to buying a business through them in the future.
One of the most prestigious digital asset marketplaces
One of the most prestigious marketplaces to buy and sell businesses.
Undoubtedly EF has as an unmatched due diligence process that ultimately leads to one of the best experiences in buying online assets.
Beware of Empire Flippers (Read before buying)!
Beware of Empire Flippers, a business brokerage! I wish Trustpilot offered a negative star or minimally a "0" rating because this company deserves no more. Empire Flippers use pressure tactics to sell you a business and use unconventional selling practices. What a terrible experience working with Empire Flippers and their agents. I should have known not to work with this company since I have had multiple negative experiences working with their sales people. I have 40 years of executive management experience, having trained/managed 2000+ sales and support people so I know a little about sales. I have also purchased 12 businesses in the past so I'm very a very experienced buyer and seller.
My 2020 experience with Empire Flippers started with my first contact was not a good start, I set up multiple conference calls with him but he didn't bother to show up. I complained and got apologies from a supervisor and then was reassigned to a new rep. I worked with a new rep to get information about multiple businesses and then made an offer. I used their online system to negotiate the price, in which the seller and I ultimately came to an agreed price. Empire Flippers then has a practice of putting the offer out to other buyers for 24 hours to see if anyone wants to bid on it. After 24 hours, no one came forward so they told me my offer was accepted. This was on a Friday with their business closed on the weekend. As I've done many times before with other businesses I've purchased, I next inquired about getting an asset purchase agreement in place so that the details of the purchase would be layed out in detail and so the seller and I could have a formal agreement in place. I never heard back from my rep about my inquiry. Monday morning, I was surprised to get an email from Empire Flippers saying they had sold the business to someone else with no warning to me, and no opportunity to discuss. I immediately emailed my rep about my shock since he had told me my offer had been accepted. His response was that their online generic terms and conditions agreement was the agreement and that a sales agreement was not necessary. That was absolutely never explained to me. What buyer would just pay 6 figures for a business with no legal agreement like it was a small store transaction purchase? More important, even when you and the seller have agreed, they will still sell it to anyone who comes along if they want it and can send in the money before you do. Any large transaction would merit the professionalism of contacting the buyer first, let alone allowing them to have a formal agreement with the seller. Every other business purchase I have experienced, has an escrow, that pays the seller once the transition is complete with all assets being transferred. They also told me that they only include agreements as an exception. Again, something never explained to me previously.
If you want to set yourself up for legal issues or liability for a business you want to buy or sell and ultimately an unprofessional, deceptive and disappointing process, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do not work with Empire Flippers. These guys are the USED CAR SALES PEOPLE OF SELLING BUSINESSES! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE WORD.
