I bought a game from Empire gaming…The Sims 4
I bought a game from Empire gaming because it was cheaper than anywhere else I'd seen it. I purchased an 'instant' game where they send an email immediately with the details of your game, however I didn't receive this email for 30-40 minutes. But when I did contact customer service they replied immediately and resolved the problem and resent the email which I then received.
