It takes time to review all the material ,I do feel one can learn alot about the new age of realestate...
the course was easy to understand the gave plenty of material to understand and read through ..however I do wish the inbetween waiting time was alot less .You finish and wait for hours to complets... ..further, the waiting time is good for people who need to go slow and compherend all material...

The course material on REO
The course material on REO, Foreclosure, REIT, TIC , Notes are not very clear & ambiguous. It makes me
