DO JOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE! Ordered 2 swimsuits in February and they’ve not arrived. I have been emailing for a refund but no response!

Suit took quite a while to arrive (5 and a half weeks) but it was definately worth the wait! I'd recommend them if you don't mind waiting, otherwise you'd be better off somewhere else unless they have your sizes in stock.
I'm not one to leave reviews usually
I'm not one to leave reviews usually, but my suit is something special. It's top-notch quality and I couldn't be happier.
I've got to say
I've got to say, I'm over the moon with my suit from Empire Outlet. It fits like a glove, and I feel like a million quid when I wear it.
Excellent quality fit and price
Had to wait a while (6 weeks) and was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews on here and limited time left until my wedding. Thankfully all 3 suits arrived in time and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality. The fit is spot on too. I highly recommend empire outlet if you have time to wait for suits to be handmade and shipped to U.K.
Suit looked and felt amazing
Suit looked and felt amazing,
I struggled to find a outfit and tried on 4 suits then mix and matched but soon as I put on the suit I bought from here it felt good, looked amazing and just what I needed for the day that was sunny but chilly,
Honestly got so many compliments and all I will say is it was worth the money and will buy from this site again, with the prices being low and the website easy to use.
Thanks Empire Outlet for the great suit
I'm so happy with my suit
I'm so happy with my suit, it fits perfect and quality is great. I would recommend empire to anyone, Rhea on customer services was also very helpful in selecting the right size.
Really poor service for a below average product
Ordered a suit without noticing the one month lead time - my fault. I contacted them as I needed the suit for an event, they said they would try and prioritise. Quite the opposite, it actually took two months as apparently it failed quality control.
When it finally arrived it was missing a functioning zip on the fly! Despite apparently having gone through quality control, it shipped with such an obviously visible fault.
I contacted customer services who suggested I arranged to have it repaired locally.
I asked what compensation I might expect, given I had waited two months and now was expected to take it at my own inconvenience, to have a zip fitted. I was told to get it repaired, and depending on how much that cost, they would consider my request.
We had many to and fro emails where I explained that I thought this was poor, but the customer services person just didn't seem to understand my point.
I returned the suit in the end but was expected to pay the postage for doing so.
So, in the end, I wasted two months, didn't have the suit for the event I purchased it for, and it cost me £9 to return something that should never have been shipped in the first place.
Quality of the cloth was not great either, it wasn't as good as the images make it looks.
I’ve also just noticed that all the recent 5 star reviews on here, are from first time reviewers with no other reviews…..

Wonderful quality and service
Bought a herringbone made to measure tweed suit for my husband. Measuring instructions were clear, verified and confirmed before being made. Company kept me informed at all times. The completed suit was received today and it is just wonderful. It would have been nice to have received it boxed rather than in a plastic bag - just a thought for the company to ponder.
The quality of the suit is impeccable
The quality of the suit is impeccable, it arrived very quickly considering it's hand made. The only thing I would change is the color of the buttons, orange is not my cup of tea. However, for the price, I really can't complain about swapping the buttons out!
Terrible - No customer service
Terrible - ordered a suit mid July arrived end of August incorrect. It’s the end of October and I still do not have a replacement. I’m told over and over again it’s on the way or has been shipped but never arrives. This is a Chinese company with a British warehouse.
The quality of the suit is good however if you have an issue or are on a deadline then go elsewhere
Customer service none existent, no phone number.

Bespoke Jacket and Waistcoat
Good range, Competitive pricing and Good quality materials. I bought this set to update a well worn old favourite. I think it's just become my new favourite. Great Fit. Lovely materials and a clear, well informed order process even when there was a possible delay due to a QC concern. Very happy to recommend and return to purchase several more garments. Thank you!
Fantastic experience with empire
Fantastic experience with empire, the fit is great, delivery was quicker than I though and the quality is beautiful.
Lovely herringbone tweed suit
Lovely herringbone tweed suit. Fits great and looks expensive. Worth the wait. About a month from payment to delivery.
Almost ruined my wedding.
I ordered three suits from Empire Outlet for my wedding (one three-piece suit for myself and two two-piece suits for both my best men). When I placed the order in late August, the website said the suits would arrive by the weekend of 23rd/24th of September. That delivery date came and went, and I still hadn't even received any confirmation of shipping, never mind delivery - which was pretty concerning, considering their suits are made in and shipped from China. That meant my order must have already been multiple weeks late in being shipped if there was any hope of them arriving by the original advertised delivery date.
Anyway, I sent an email asking for an update on the progress of the suits, and I was told "there has been a problem during quality checked which means one of the garments needed to be remade". This was already a major red flag. How can an error with a single garment out of seven mean my suits hadn't even been SHIPPED by the date they were supposed to have been DELIVERED? I was concerned, but chose to wait a little longer... but my wedding date was getting closer and still no news.
Anyway, over two weeks passed since the estimated delivery date and I still hadn't even been sent confirmation of shipping or any updates. My suits clearly hadn't even been made or left the factory yet. So I emailed again, once again asking for an update and letting Empire Outlet know that time was now a seriously pressing factor. It was whilst I waited for a reply that I decided to look up reviews of Empire Outlet online. Then I realised my mistake. Maybe this is my fault for not researching them more thoroughly, but needless to say, it seems I'm not alone in being completely messed over by this company. Countless people saying their suits arrived months late, if at all, and most of the time they seem to be very poor quality, completely wrong in their measurements, sometimes ripping upon first wear, etc.
Seeing this, I immediately decided to cancel my order as my wedding was only a few weeks away at this point anyway. At the time of my cancellation, the suits would most likely have been at least 6 weeks late in delivery from China from the original delivery date (and that's best case scenario), which would have meant risking not having them in time for my wedding. I emailed saying I wanted the order cancelled, and Empire Outlet responded by saying they had had "issues at their warehouse"... but followed this by saying they had just received new stocks in their UK warehouse and that they could send me SOME of the items I had ordered. What use is that?! Getting SOME of the items is no better than getting NONE of them! Am I and my best men supposed to wear incomplete suits for my wedding day?!
I replied saying no and demanded a refund a second time. Fortunately, this came through the following week, and it seems I actually dodged a bullet based on these other reviews. I have now managed to get suits sorted elsewhere without a problem... but seriously, what kind of company is this? Suits not even SHIPPED from the other side of the world when the DELIVERY date was already weeks ago? Repeated warehouse problems and delays? Offering to send my order INCOMPLETE for my wedding day even after I had been left with no choice but to cancel the order?
Terrible company. Almost ruined my wedding day. Their inability to provide the service they advertise has lost them £500 from me, and I will never try to order from them again.
The jacket I bought was very nice
The jacket I bought was very nice - about the same quality as more expensive brands I buy from.
Was a bit apprehensive at ordering…
Was a bit apprehensive at ordering something I hadn't seen on spec., but it would appear that if you get the measurements right, the item of clothing comes back as ordered. Took a bit longer than expected but it was made to measure. Overall very happy with the product; although its too warm for the summer.
Love it
We had 6 tweed suits from empire for my wedding and they looked absolutely stunning. We went for the bespoke service to make sure that everything would fit perfectly. Taking the measurements was easy and was so relieved when everyone had said they fit!! Had the perfect day, and the guys looked fab. I can't speak for their normal sizing but the bespoke service I can definitely recommend.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. If you don't pay for tracked returns they will claim they didn't receive the item and keep your money. They have claimed in a below review that they refunded me, which is a total lie. I will be taking the matter further.

Incorrect sizing, poor customer service
Took care to provide my correct sizes for these trousers. They took a long time to arrive. When I asked for an update on my trousers the company was quick to tell me all about their ‘artisan tailor’, but failed to give me any update other than that I would receive an email once they were dispatched. The trousers arrived about a month later, with no dispatch email being received, in fact, this email was received about two days after the trousers were delivered.
The trousers themselves seemed to be of good quality, however this is the only positive thing I have to say about them. They were completely the wrong size. Too long, waist too big, seat far too baggy. They were in fact no where near the sizes that I had provided. Arranging return was fairly simple, however I was required to cover the cost of a recorded postage, at a cost of around £8.00. I asked their customer service to refund this, they responded telling me that they were unable to track the trousers but I later found out that they had been delivered and signed for! I told the company this information, giving the name of the signee, and they promptly refunded the cost of the product but not the postage for the return.
Don’t be fooled by their high reviews on their website. If you look into the reviews on a particular item, it shows you the same reviews for completely different products?! I tried to leave a review on their website, but the page simply refreshes, thanks you for your review and doesn’t display it!
