i was really concerned about the reviews i read. i went ahead and gave them a chance anyways. i contacted phone number on the web site and i was helped immediately . i was walked through every step of the way. these guys are great people and they were extremely polite . give them a chance before you make a decision based off past reviews

Charges Over MSRP for No Reason
Joseph Charles (the owner) is petty and swindles people.
I was looking for Outdoor Research USA gear. I ordered a few items and Joeseph Charles (the owner) was nice enough to call me and let me know when things would be shipping and that some items would take awhile. We had a nice conversation for over 1 hour.
The next day after looking at the Outdoor Research website, I discovered he was over charging for the same items by about 15-20%. I brought this to his attention via email and he retaliated by refusing any and all customer service and communication there after.
I had a pair of boot gaiters I ordered the wrong size on. I was within the return window so I reached out for an exchange for the right size. No response to emails or phone calls. So I initiated a charge back with my bank of which he promptly resisted and I never got my money back or got any customer service.

This review is not fare manufacturers hold us to selling products at MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) If we violate this we get warned not to do it. When they do lower their prices they do not reach out to their distributors and tell us it is OK to lower your price for our products.
Regarding the gaiters if the product was returned you would have been refunded. Also we have refunded our customers outside of the 30 returns policy as long as the item is in new condition with tags on. This courtesy is especially helpful to individuals who are deployed or during the Holidays.
Terrible Service/Scammer
I ordered a patch in December 2021. I got an email saying it shipped within 48 hrs and even got a tracking number, but it never got past "shipping label created". Nearly 2 months later and nothing. I emailed them twice and no response. Called, no answer. Don't buy from them.

I think I’ve been scammed. Ordered products and immediately got an email confirming and stating it was preparing to ship. Weeks go by and no further communication. No response to email. Phone number on their Facebook page doesn’t belong to them. Going to work with credit card company to do a charge back. Beware, this place is likely a scam.

Dont buy from this company, I orderd patches, But the patch is all croked, and not good made, I tryed to contact then for 30 days, Email, Facebook. But they wont answer. Crappy service.
