Needed clothes for my partner on our holiday and for her birthday so order quiet a bit. Being a guy it was a struggle for me to find or know the right fit for my partner so I spoke to customer service and they got back to me right away with the help I needed to get the perfect fit and they done an amazing job as she was more than happy with every item I ordered with no need for a return.

This will be my second time ordering from Empowa, and both times I’ve been really happy with everything. I find it difficult to find items that are suitable for my height and now they do a few petite items which are perfect for me! Can’t wait to order again. More petite items for us shorter girls please! X

The clothes are nice however the returns experience is a pain. They should just create a QR code so items can be returned instead of a link that you have to use to have the return label emailed to you in order to print off. Then once they receive the returned item you get an email but it takes ages for them to issue a refund I’m still waiting

Very disappointed
Very disappointed! Bought an outfit for vacation, Thought it would be the perfect fit.. the sizing is off. Top was small most most importantly the material used looked and felt very cheap. Did not wear it. look like I bought it at a dollar store. Felt 100% like they robbed me for my money.

nice dress, ok quality for the price.
The buttons on the chest area of my dress pop open randomly and expose my breast area. I also felt Shipping was slow for the price paid.

If you had contacted our customer service team to let them know you had received a faulty item, they would have dealt with it for you. Never received the item
Never received the item. DHL contracted out the delivery to the USPS who returned the item. The USPS is the worst shipper. They never attempted delivery, yet marked the package undeliverable.

I have ordered from this brand many times before, unfortunately the quality of the products have changed drastically. My last 2 orders I just trashed majority of it. Also, it took 3weeks and I paid for express was told shipping would be credited but it wasn't ..definitely my last time purchasing
