The customer service is terrible. If your package gets lost, like mine did, you're out of luck and will likely lose your money. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them as they are neither reliable nor helpful.

SCAM WEBSITE: Terrible quallity, fire hazard.
The lamps we received looks A LOT cheaper than the images online, and the lamp were not cheap. They are really poorly made, with exposed wires. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee, but when I contacted customer support, I had to argue back and forth for two months before they gave me the return adress, and the way they phrased their answear -staying that there was a really big chance the lamps would break in transit, and then they will not refund my money - makes me think that I will never get my money back. Also - their website says they are Australian, but the return adress they gave me is in China. Will never buy from them again, and I advice others to stay away.

It was easy to view items. Appreciated multiple photos of each product. Only issue I had was I made a mistake in my order and after clicking submit order is when I realized it. There isn't a way to correct the order online before shipment. Called customer service but voicemail box was full.

Excited to see the quality in person but disappointed that the 10% discount for entering my email prior to ordering was not accounted for at checkout.

I’m in Brisbane Australia and your delivery agent maintains they’ve tried to deliver twice but they have NEVER communicated with me at all! They now tell me I have to pick it up from there depot which is an hour away and I don’t drive! Please everyone be very careful when ordering from this company

Upon reaching your website, it was not as easy as I expected to find the product until I searched specifically for that item in the search bar. After finding the product, the ordering process was fairly easy. Thank you

I placed the feather lamp in my basket. Then the price doubled within an hour. Then I received a barrage of emails saying I needed to pay for it. I blocked the site in the end, thought it might be a con.

I've been looking for wall sconces for some time, and these are perfect and great price. I'm ordering from Australia so hopefully they arrive in one piece.
