I purchased the Inferno Pro after researching between several different companies based on EMR-TEK's use of higher quality components. After 1 month of use, the product has worked perfectly, but what really impressed me was the customer service I have received throughout. I didn’t realize how much screen time was affecting me until I started wearing blue light glasses. I use them mostly while working on my phone and laptop, especially in the evenings, and the difference is noticeable. My eyes feel less strained, I don’t get that heavy, tired feeling as quickly, and I’ve even been sleeping better at night. They’re lightweight, comfortable, and don’t feel weird or distracting to wear. Now they’re just part of my daily routine, and I honestly don’t like being on screens without them anymore.

I’ve been using my EMR-TEK red light device for a few weeks and I’m honestly surprised at how much I feel it helping. I originally purchased two pairs of Blue Blocker eyeglasses, one for daytime and one for night. It did take longer than I anticipated to get the glasses due to them being backordered, however, I was offered a rebate for my long wait time, which I appreciated. The eyeglasses seem to be very high quality and are nice looking. I was extremely happy with the daytime lenses, but the nighttime were too dark for my liking. Fortunately, customer service has been very kind to offer a great solution to my issue. I really appreciate their response and will definitely continue to use the daytime lenses as I can feel less eye strain when using them while viewing my laptop, phone and TV. I may be purchasing a red light device soon and will definitely consider their products for that purchase.

UPDATE: They reached out, offered some money back (extra star), my firefly did arrive (extra star) and both it and the mask seem to be very good products (2 stars). BUT, they insist (despite it being pointed out to them) on maintaining the false sale ends in so many hours on website. This creates an unnecessary urgency for the customer and I'm sure, illegal. Because of this, my one star rating continues.
Like other reviewers, I purchased two items and only received one. The delivery email said "The last item in your order has been delivered". I want my firefly and I want communication from the company. They are happy to send me marketing emails but nothing about what I've paid for. I don't see any reason for this to be so poor - do you emr-tek? ORDER #55578

I paid $20 for express shipping, their website listed that it would take 2 to 5 business days. It has now been over two weeks (11 business days) and my order has not arrived. I sent two separate emails to customer service that were never answered. I will likely be disputing this with my bank.
EDIT: I would like to add some more information on all the events that have unfolded since I wrote this review on December 12, 2025.
Despite the comment below from EMR-Tek on December 12 saying that they would email me that same day, I received a refund for the shipping cost on December 13 with no communication from the company. I did not receive an email until 5 days later, on Wednesday December 17. In the email, customer service agent Tigran told me they would update me on Friday December 19. Well, Friday came and went. No communication until December 22, when they emailed to tell me that it would be delivered that day, and it did arrive that day.
I placed my order on November 27 with the promise of 2-5 day shipping, and this package took over a MONTH to arrive with no shipping updates, until they supposedly shipped it 3 weeks later, after I sent multiple emails and wrote my review here.
Now, for what happened after I received the product. I had filed a dispute with my bank because I did not receive the product in the expected time frame. My bank advised me that they refunded me on the shipping cost and said "In addition, the merchant accepted our formal dispute and agreed to refund the remaining amount." This did not happen.
The day after I received the package, December 23, is when I started receiving repeated texts and calls to my personal number from customer service agent Tigran, over the span of a week. Trying to "improve my experience." I messaged back and let them know I was very disappointed with their company. Tigran offered me a free red light device to make up for my experience, which I accepted. But suddenly they messaged back that there's a catch, to get this free product I have to delete this TrustPilot review.
I responded and said "it would be dishonest to my fellow customers to remove my experience. Removing reviews seems disingenuous marketing and is probably why I ran into that problem in the first place. I was waiting for weeks with no update on my order which was stated to come in 2 to 5 days. If your company is in the habit of incentivizing people to remove honest reviews I would not like to support that in any way."
Tigran read my message and never responded. Probably moved on to harassing the next customer that could be swayed to remove the review.
I'm leaving this review up with this edit that was written as factually as possible to warn others about this company, because I will not accept a bribe to do otherwise.

I am a returning customer and I genuinely believe in the technology behind these devices. A year ago, the service was decent, but recently the experience has changed drastically for the worse.
I have been trying to resolve an ongoing issue with their team, but it is impossible to get a straight answer. I have sent multiple emails back and forth, and now they seem to be ignoring me entirely or providing information that turns out to be incorrect.
It is disappointing to see a company with a good product treat loyal, returning users this way. Be aware that if you run into any issues requiring administrative support, you may find yourself met with silence.

Another 1 star review... Be careful!
tracking number should be received immediately, I've got it after 2 weeks. Since then over a week has passed, there is no change in tracking still just electronical data received. I ordered it 19th of November, today we have 12th December and no info.
I doubt now to receive it. No response over email as well.
It supposed to be 5-10 days to europe.

I placed an order (53265) on November 29th - the shipping timeline provided was 2-5 days. It is now December 11th and I've had zero communication on my order. I have sent several emails requesting an update and have had zero response. But I get a half dozen marketing and solicitation emails from this company a day. They charged my credit card immediately for the order and it cleared on December 2nd, but I don't have the order and zero communication. I downloaded the app they require to get status of the order and it has stated "preparing shipment" since the day after I placed it. There is no other way to get a status, no way to report that you haven't received your order, and no way to cancel your order and get your money. I don't know how this company gets great reviews for customer service and communication - I've seen zero customer service and zero communication. They've taken my money and completely ghosted me. I really needed this product to try to help with an injury, picked it based on reviews and missed out on sales on other products to order this one. I hate to say it but this seems like a scam and if I don't get some communication or my order in the next two days I'll be forced to file a fraud report with my bank, the FTC, and BBB so I can get my money back.
Update - while I appreciate the response to this review, it has been almost 4 hours and I have not heard a word from EMR-TEK despite the statement that they were "reaching out now".
Update 1/13/26 - a couple days after I wrote the above review in early December 2025, someone from the company emailed me with an update that they ran out of product in the US and the item would have to ship from overseas. This representative did send me an update every couple days and gave me a 15% refund for the delay. Unfortunately I didn't receive the product until January 8, 2026 - 6 weeks after I ordered it and well past Christmas. I had to purchase a competitor's product at full price at the last minute to have a gift for my daughter. The item shipped from China and they did not express ship it to get it to me as quickly as possible - it was almost 3 weeks in transit. The representative did offer me an additional small refund on the price and a discount for a future purchase (which I won't use). The product seems to function well and is as described. I appreciate that the rep who finally reached out to me sent me updates every 4-5 days and they did refund me a small part of the cost due to the delay. However, I'm still very disappointed in the overall experience. I did update my rating from a 1-star based on the rep staying in contact once he reached out after the initial review and the offer of a small refund.
