Consideration of genuine Chlobo bracelet
I purchased a chlobo bracelet for my mum for Mother’s Day, however when it came it seemed dirty the material appeared dirty as if there was residue on it this was especially noticeable around the heart charm of the bracelet and the chlobo charm itself, which made me worry about whether it was a fake or not to the point that I explained to my Mum that I brought it believing it to be genuine and told her where I purchased it from as I was genuinely worried as to whether it was real or not due to the condition I’ve explained that I received it it (the product itself) other than that the packaging was nice and the delivery time as expected however disappointed that I never received a email confirmation of my order which made me believe it hadn’t gone through or had been received.

“In my opinion this company has very poor customer service because they failed to give me a refund until my solicitor pointed out that I was entitled to one under consumer law

I believe you were one of the folks dealing (or not dealing) with my order/refund request. Tudor BB 58 Blue. And no need, it's sorted only due to my solicitor communicating with your company.
Reply #2: communication and service doesn’t appear to be a strong point. I’m sure you can speak with your MD and get informed.

Fabulous experience shopping…
I had a really fabulous experience shopping with this company! Very pleasing indeed. Abbie who dealt with my watch enquiry was extremely helpful and very kind. The store went out of their way to accomadate my requirements and were very efficient in this. The beautiful watch I purchased was sent quickly and most perfectly packaged. I honestly could not be more delighted with my Tudor watch. I am very happy so thank you very much! Wonderful service, well done!!!

Disappointing experience.
Purchased a watch for my son’s 21st birthday on Sunday afternoon - standard delivery.
Received an email on Tuesday asking when would I need the watch by, the explanation was that - whilst packing the watch they noticed the battery was not working they stated the watch I had chosen was an older model, however their watchmaker was on Furlough.
I replied immediately explaining I needed it for Saturday - the birthday was on Saturday.
No reply.
I received and email Thursday evening at 9pm explaining they would not be able to get the watch delivered in time since the watchermaker was on Furlough and also sick.
I was left with minimal time to find an alternative.
I asked for a refund.
I am still waiting for some semblance of an apology.
Sheer dissatisfaction for three main reasons:
1) Your furloughed watchmaker was always unavailable - however comfortably being used as an excuse
2) The prolonged period between email exchanges
3) I was buying a new watch - but made to feel I was buying something old and outdated
