Beautiful product and fast delivery!

Happy wife.. happy life

Being a guy I was at a loss as to what to get my wife for Christmas. The staff made it really easy as they all knew what they would like to receive. I just followed their lead. Thank you for making the missus happy and keeping me out of the dog house.

Great Online Service

I bought a bracelet for my partner online recently. Had a few questions so spoke to a salesperson who was really helpful and friendly. Delivery was fast and packaged nicely. Partner loved the gift too!

Paid for next day delivery...... still waiting a week later and I received the “please rate us email” before the actual product!

Terrible

I am still yet to a receive a response to either of my last 2 emails to you and I have raised a formal complaint.

This service is shocking and they sold me a product that is clearly not brand new because of the scratches on it and the quality is poor. Laughable that they claim their products go through a quality control process when they clearly don’t.

Hugely disappointed with this and I have been calling the number at the bottom of their email and nobody picks up.

1st time using this company and will not be doing so again.

I recently purchased a pair of…

I recently purchased a pair of Swarovski earring, the pricing was very competitive and pre purchase advice very helpful. Unfortunately, the package was damaged during delivery and the earrings were missing! Royal Mail admitted fault. I contacted Abbie at Emson Haig and the issue was dealt with promptly and a new pair of earrings dispatched without delay. The service I received was excellent and I would highly recommend the company.

We do offer a free Signed postal service, with the option to pay for Tracked Next Day Delivery if the customer would prefer that.
