Waste of Time Interviewing Here
Was told to type up an email on behalf of EmTrain when I was interviewing and I never heard back from the recruiter after I submitted it only later to hear they hired someone else. Complete waste of time interviewing here.
There are times one runs across…
There are times one runs across companies that excel at what they do. HR is always looking for stellar information that is clear and easy to understand and also trustworthy. EMTRAIN fits that to a 'T'.
Thanking you for what you do in an understatement.
Great service!
Emtrain resources are great - business cases would add value
I love Emtrain resources - especially those support diversity & inclusion efforts. It would be great if you could include resources around how to convince business leaders of the value to organizations of various initiatives promoting wellbeing and empathy in the workplace - business cases demonstrating return on investment of improving diversity & inclusion, for example.

Need more than 60 min for this course
My understanding was that it was a timed 60 minute course on Sexual Harrassment. When I opened the site, the topics I had to review scrolled longer than the length of the page which showed minute markers. Yes the info and content was great, but I need enough time to look at it, think about what I read, watch the videos and consider all of that when answering the questions that were asked. I couldn't tell from the way the questions were being asked if I was making judgements of my current work environment or if it was hypothetical of the situation in the videos. I was rushing so fast I didn't have time to think about all the angles presented and I'm afraid that my answers may reflect that because I didn't know of which context they were referring too. There were lots of things to click on. I stopped doing that because everytime it did there was nothing obvious to click or do to get back to where I was so I'd have to close the whole thing and reopen it again and again, but not before answering dialog boxes that told me there was some sort of script error. Meanwhile the stopwatch timer kept spinning telling me I was running out of time. Go faster, my time ran out. I don't know what consequence that meant but I went on through all of them to the end not sure what I absorbed out of the intended material. Boiled down, I clearly understand the material is critically important why race so fast to finish line or have so much content spread across such a wide angle of possibilities to consider and respond in 60 minutes? Way too much and too little time. On a positive note, I think the acting in the videos was very well done
